Someone had been knocking on Bakugou's door for the past five minutes. He didn't plan on answering. He didn't want to talk to any of those fucking extras, especially not on Valentine's Day.

Bakugou hated Valentine's Day more than he hated most things. It was fucking pointless. All the stupid love confessions and shallow romances. There was nothing he despised more than being around all that gushiness. No way in hell was he going to let himself get dragged in to any sort of stupid Valentine's Day celebrations.

It wasn't that he hated love. Love was alright for extras Deku and Uraraka or Kaminari and Jiro, but for him it was nothing but a distraction. Bakugou was going to be the number one hero. He wasn't about to waste his time on some stupid romance that would end in heartbreak anyways.

The knocking didn't stop. That meant it was one of his idiots: Mina, Sero, or Kaminari. They were the only ones who would be this persistent trying to drag him into some fucking stupid shenanigans. Those extras just didn't know how to leave him alone. Bakugou would never admit it out loud, but sometimes it could be endearing. Other times it was fucking annoying.

"Tell me what the fuck you want or go away!" He shouted.

"Bakugou," Kirishima's voice cracked. "I was wondering if I could talk to you for a minute."

What the fuck? Kirishima never knocked on Bakugou's door. He knew he could just barge in anytime he wanted. Was something wrong? His voice didn't usually crack like that. Did someone hurt him? Bakugou would fucking kill them.

Bakugou opened the door. Of course he did. It was Kirishima.

Kirishima waved at him with one hand while he kept the other behind his back. His face was red. His smile was strained. He looked nervous. "Hey Bakugou-"

Shit. What if Bakugou was the one who had hurt him? He never meant to do that. Of course he'd fuck up and hurt the one person who actually made his life better. What the fuck was he supposed to do now?

"Tell me what's wrong."

"What?" Kirishima let out a nervous chuckle. "Bakugou nothing's wrong. It's just Valentine's Day and all-"

"Is that why you have the pathetic expression on your face? Did some dumb extra reject you?" Kirishima did look like he was ready to ask someone else. The red head was wearing something other than his typical workout clothes. He was dressed up in ripped black jeans, a tight black shirt with a red flannel tied around his waist. He looked good. Shit, he looked more than good, he looked hot as hell. Whoever rejected him must be a fucking idiot.

"No one rejected me." Kirishima rubbed the back of his neck. "At least not yet."

Bakugou didn't know why the idea of Kirishima asking out a girl made him want to punch something. It was probably just because then Bakugou would have a distracted sparring partner. And Kirishima would have someone else to hang out with, someone else to throw his arm around, someone else to flash that brilliant smile and make them feel like they could conquer the world.

"Then what the fuck are you doing here? If you want romance advice go to Dunce Face." Bakugou was about to slam his door shut and keep himself from yelling at something by doing homework, but his curiosity got the better of him. "So which girl is? Pinky I know you spend a lot of fucking time with her or whatever."

Kirishima's face turned almost as red as his hair. Giggles echoed down the hallway. Three idiots had been peeking around the corner and were now all doubled over in laughter. What the fuck was going on?

"He's gay, Blasty," Kaminari said once he had recovered from the fit of laughter. "Like very obviously and openly gay."

"And I'm a lesbian," Mina added. "I definitely don't like Kiri like that."
