another day wrapped up for the students, some enjoyed and some of them are tired. this school fair really is enjoyable, taehyun wouldn't say less about it.

of course, beomgyu performed. and watching the older sing his heart out while maintaining eye contact with him, as if he's talking to taehyun and only taehyun, that's a whole zoo inside of taehyun's stomach right there.

the five boys are now out of the school. they're at the han river, enjoying the calming view and the air within the atmosphere.

spending the last hours of the day with the four, taehyun decided to go home already. it's getting late and his mother, as always, might be worried anytime now.

"guys, i'll get going now. i really enjoyed tonight. see you next week?" taehyun said as he got up.

"yeah, tonight's really fun! take care, tae." soobin replied to the younger as he smiled and waved him goodbye.

while walking, taehyun recalled some moments earlier from the fair. or maybe only the moment when beomgyu performed a song.

he can't help it, he feels like the older is really communicating with him with his eyes, wanting to tell taehyun something.

suddenly, taehyun felt a hand on his shoulder.

"ah! oh my go— beomgyu?!"

"aish, you get so scared easily." beomgyu laughed, looking at taehyun's annoyed but cute face.

"stop scaring me like that, you know it's dark already and you might be a kidnapper. who knows?" taehyun kept on walking, with beomgyu tailing him behind.

"why are you here? are you following me or something?"

"no, pabo! i'm going to walk you home, and you're not allowed to complain!" beomgyu then wrapped his arms around taehyun's shoulder while giggling.

taehyun might show off a rude or bored expression, but we all know that the butterflies dancing in his stomach can't be stopped right now.

they continued walking and walking, taehyun laughing about something beomgyu telling him. it's childish, actually, all of these things that beomgyu is telling him, but it's what it makes more fun and silly.

after some time, taehyun finally got home. taehyun thanked beomgyu and said goodbye, a cue for beomgyu to leave. but beomgyu didn't budge.

beomgyu suddenly got serious for a moment, pulling taehyun to go somewhere in the corner with him.

"hyung, what are you doing?"

"shut up, i'm going to tell you something."

beomgyu sucked in a very deep breath. oh god, it's time. he won't let this moment pass by without confessing to the younger.

it's now or never, beomgyu thought to himself.

"okay, so this might sound funny to you, but mind you that i'm not joking around. a-actually, i've been dying to tell you this for so long. well, i even made a letter for this but i guess i'll just tell you."

taehyun listened to him, despite the nervousness building up inside him. they're both nervous, one is confessing and one is not sure if he's receiving a confession.

"okay, here it g-goes. so um, i-i like you. i like you so much, tae. for almost a y-year now. i admire you so much, with everything you do. i- i know we're friends right now, i know neither of us wants to ruin that but i just can't help it anymore and i really need to tell you this so i can finally get this out of my chest and tell you that i like you!"

beomgyu closed his eyes as he rambled, scared to see what expression taehyun is about to give him.

"goodbye and g-good night!" beomgyu yelled as he ran off, embarrassment going through his whole body.

beomgyu now left, leaving a blushing taehyun in front of their house.
