Narrator-
Being only a step away from the door, with a secure hold on Savannah's face, Nathan pushed until he had her body balanced between his strong chest and the solid door.
Having brushed his teeth prior to coming out of the bathroom, Savannah instantly noted the minty freshness on his lips and the tip of Nathan's tongue as he angled her chin upward, while he kissed her with all his might.
Savannah's hands fell on Nathan's large fingers, and she bunched them in an attempt to remove his grip on her skin. But Nathan was determined. He shook his hands out of Savannah's palms and held her wrists firmly. Then bringing them between their pressed chests, Nathan pushed his mouth into Savannah's face, until the back of her skull met the door, ensuring that she wouldn't escape him.
Savannah exhaled through her nose, as a dizziness overtook her brain. The warmth of Nathan's body covering her, and the strength in his actions to keep her captive had her torn between attempting to push him away, and melting completely like a square of butter placed on a warm potato.
Nathan kissed Savannah until his brain registered her taste and the softness of her oral orifice. As his tongue teased her mouth, the pain in his chest began to subside. The pain he had silently endured throughout the day, as Savannah continuously smothered him with unwarranted and undeserved kindness.
This was his remedy.
Savannah was the remedy to his pain.
With one final smooch, Nathan released Savannah's lips. He felt her shiver as their lips parted, but Nathan didn't pull too far.
He let go of Savannah's wrists and instead placed his palms on each side of her head.
Savannah exhaled softly but didn't dare open her eyes. Nathan waited. He took this chance to truly appreciate her beauty, her pink pores, and her chaotic eyelashes. He loved the percussive rhythm of her pulse along the border of her fair neck, and when she carefully folded her bottom lip into her mouth, as the tip of her tongue shyly ran across it, Nathan was encouraged to go for another round. But first he needed to make something clear.
"Look at me." Nathan spoke to Savannah for the first time over the past 24 hours.
Savannah opened her eyes, but purposely focused her pupils on anything else but Nathan's face. Although, he loved the angry fire burning behind her round pupils. He expected no less from Savannah, and he only looked forward to where they would go from here.
"Look at me." Nathan pushed again.
He didn't raise his voice. His note wasn't harsh or rigid, and yet, his command was clear.
Savannah nipped the thin skin lining her bottom lip. Then she finally acknowledged Nathan's eyes, and he didn't miss the burning rage in her lenses.
Nathan hardened his eyes to correspond with Savannah's challenge and attitude, and yet his heart thumped with a newfound passion for his once called high school victim.
Having built enough silent rapport with anguished secretary, Nathan spoke.
"Don't you ever call me that again." He requested in reference her to addressing him by his last name.
Savannah gulped but didn't show sign of either agreeing or disagreeing with Nathan. She blinked and watched him, as her left hand sneakily reached for the doorknob. Once her warm palm clasped around the cold metallic handle, Savannah twisted it. She thought was home-free when her hands tugged at the lock, until Nathan's large hand covered hers and stopped her from attempting an escape.
Savannah aimed to twist her hand out of his palm, but Nathan had other plans. Snaking his free arm around Savannah's lower back, he pulled her into his body and clasped her chest to his torso, by using his other arm in order to engulf her completely.
