We pulled up to his large home. You could already here the music that was playing inside. I gulped loudly. "Alice, just have fun. Don't worry about a thing." Creston assured me.
We walked into the house and I was definitely in another world. There were people gambling, drinking, making out, and girls dancing on top of the boys.
I was just about to walk out when I heard a familiar voice call my name. I turned around and Nero was standing there with his hand out. I took his hand and he led me to the kitchen where there was food and drinks.
He grabbed a red cup with a red drink in it and said, "Here, drink this. I call it party juice. It makes you a totally different person. And that's exactally how I want you."
I took the juice and drank it. It didn't taste bad and I wanted another one. Did I just drink alcohol? I thought as Nero dragged me out of the kitchen and back to where the party was.
We started dancing to the trap music that was playing. When I danced he said, "Damn girl, I didn't know you had that in you." I chuckled.
This was so much fun. Nero and I had two more cups of the red drink and played two games of poker. When we were just about to play a third game of poker, the party juice began to wear off. I was now back to my old self - shy and reserved.
I walked around the house and found Bailey in the kitchen, mixing two alcohol drinks to drink. "Bailey, we have to go. NOW." I panicked.
"Did you have fun?" she asked as she took a sip of her concoction.
"Yes...No..Maybe? I don't know, but my parents are going to kill me." I quickly checked my phone for the time. "1:21 Bailey! We NEED to go." I placed the cup that she was holding back on the counter and dragged her out of the kitchen.
We were just about to walk out the front door when Gray stopped us and said, "Hold on, where are you two going?"
"Alice here, is worried about her parents and how they are going to kill her if they find out she's gone. So we are leaving." Bailey replied.
"Do you know any short cuts to get home quicker?" I asked quickly.
"Well, there is this one short cut that I used to take all the time to get here. There's a small patch of woods across the street. You've seen it already, right?" Bailey and I nodded our heads. "Walk through the woods until you see a row of willow trees. There should be a large cave behind the third one. Walk right through the cave and when you reach the end, you should be back to the park you were at. Then from there just walk home. Or run.....your choice."
"Thanks Gray." I said.
I let Bailey kiss her boyfriend goodbye and we were out the door, running into the woods.
