Heera's pov
Well it's been quite a few weeks since Gray asked me to be his girlfriend and I'm still freaking out..I know I know it's stupid but I'm 18 and he's my first boyfriend and I just can't help it
He's been totally amazing and I wouldn't trade it for anything right now.
It still surprises me that he chose me....I mean the guy is a literal god on earth and I'm proudly claiming him as mine
He is so sweet and heaven knows I'm grateful for him
It feels so great to be appreciated and have someone make you their priority
Anyway so he'd told me that his parents wanted to meet me and to say I'm freaking out would be an understatement
I mean I haven't really had a close relationship with any of my parents and now I have to go meet his.
Don't get me wrong I would love to meet his parents,,I am sure they're amazing people if their son turned out this good and it would be an honour to meet them
I'm just sad I don't have anyone .
It would have been amazing to just have my mum with me
I would have wanted to gash about the boy I like and have her help me choose what to wear
I would tell her how nervous I am about meeting his parents and she would tell me I'm overthinking and my dad would threaten him if he ever broke my heart
He would go all alpha on him in the beginning and then warm up and they would get along,,talk about football and sports and watch tv together while mamma and I just watched with smiles on our faces
It would have been amazing but in the end its only wishful thinking and nothing I do will bring my mamma back or make papa realize I'm also grieving and need him
I.would tell him I'm here for him and he doesn't have to drown himself in work cause we got each other bt once again its only wishful thinking and the toughest pill to swallow.

It's currently Saturday and I'm meeting the Grays today.By today I mean in an hour Miles should be here to pick me up. I'm excited but dying at the same time....dear heart please slow down.
At this rate we would have an anxiety attack before we even get there and I'm trying so hard not to panic
I need today to be perfect.....I have my fingers crossed I hope they like me. Time flew by and I didn't realize how fast until I heard the door bell
I had already gotten ready so I went downstairs not wanting to keep him waiting.
I grabbed my purse and vans as I locked the door behind me.
"Hey love, He greeted when he saw me
Awwww....I'm gonna cry, I mean he's been calling me cute pet names since we started dating and I wouldn't have it any other way.
"Hey Gray",you're quite the gentleman aren't you," I asked as I joined him on the porch
"Of course my lady," he said laughing
My own personal goofball,I thought as I joined him in laughing
He walked me to where the car was parked and opened my door.
I could get used to being the passenger princess,I mean I am treated like one so it makes sense I am one.
When we started driving then my nerves kicked in
I couldn't help but started thinking the worst I mean what's there to like
I'm just plain ole me and their son is all the way up there
Miles must have noticed I was spiralling because I felt him take my hand in his and started rubbing circles on it.
I honestly have no idea how he reads me so well
Its nerve wrecking at times if I'm being honest but at this point right here it was totally welcomed
I lifted our joined hands and kissed his knuckles to show him I'm grateful.
"Don't worry princess,they're gonna love you to bits," he reassured me and at this moment I was grateful for having him by my side
Soon we pulled up at a three story house and it was beautiful to say the least.
"Wow,Gray your house is beautiful,"
"Thank you love,come on lets go in, mum is excited to see you."
With that we got in but before we could open the door,it came flying open..
"She's here,she's here,,,I saw a woman who by the looks of it was Miles' mother.
"Rachel,let the kids get in first,you'll scare her away," a middle aged photocopy of Miles came and held her to him.
I quietly cooed at their behavior,they were so sweet.
"Come in sweetheart,we're so happy to finally meet you."
"Thank you Mrs Gray,"I replied quietly while Miles stood behind me watching the whole thing with a smile .
"Call me Rachel sweetheart,we're family now."
And just like that,the water works started.
She didn't even know me yet she already called me her family.
She saw this and soon I was engulfed in a bear hug.
"Ooh darling ,don't cry,we got you now."
She felt like a mothers love,she felt like home.
"I'm sorry,I didn't mean for that,"
"Hush darling ,you don't have to apologize.
I.felt Miles squeeze my hand and I turned and smiled at him," I'm alright M,just abit overwhelmed."
"Hello sweetheart,my name is Ryan and just like my wife said,this is your family now and you're welcome here anytime ."Miles' dad said while hugging me too
I felt so complete and content .
I.couldn't wait to learn more about them.
They are amazing people and I got a feeling we would get on like a house on fire.
