Chapter 5 the lesson on powers

Asrielus and caleven walk to class and sit down
Asrielus: Good morning, class. Today's lesson will be about superpowers. Now, as you know, all of us are mostly just human beings, except for one thing, powers . There are many powers out there, and today, we will be discussing some of the known powers, and what they do. First, there is the healing power. Does anyone know what that power does?
The class is silent, as somehow none of them know the answer.
Asrielus: * deep sigh* Healing is the ability to cure yourself of any disease or sickness or injury whatsoever, but sadly, you can't bring yourself back to life, or use it on anyone else.
Most of us have this power, but some don't. Those who don't have a different power. Does anyone know what that is?
Student: Termination?
Asrielus: Exactly! Termination is a power in which, with a quick bolt of lightning, you can instantly kill your opponent, but I highly doubt many people have that power, as it is so uncommon.
Now, let's move on to more combat related powers. Shield raising is a power in which, as the name states, you can raise a shield around yourself or someone else. This power is the hardest to perfect Most people can only manage to shield up to 5 people, though, if you practice it enough , which would take decades for most, you can create a shield around an entire army. Finally, the last power I am going to talk about today is the most powerful, or the least powerful, depending on the user. This power is also the first power we teach you to use. It's known as electroshock, and all you have to do is put your hands on someone and, if you learn how, send electricity through them. This can range from 30 volts to 100,000,000,000 volts, and can paralyze someone temporarily to completely shutting someone down for good. Now, I think that's all I have for today. Tomorrow, we will talk about how this all ties in to the chosen one, when he comes, and how he will be able to use this.
Student: Do you know when the chosen one will come?
Asrielus: I don't know, but I have a feeling it'll be very soon.
The bell rings and everyone leaves.
Caleven: Why did you talk like you didn't know I was here?
Asrielus: Well, the less people know for now, the better. There will come a time when the universe is ready to know you for who you truly are, but until you have reached your full potential, and the war begins, you will not be known.
Caleven: Wait, there's gonna be a war?!
Asrielus: I shouldn't have said that. It's not anything you need to know yet, like people knowing you're the chosen one. It's not time yet. Anyways , Principal Homework asked for us. He said he had something to teach us, or something.
