      CAMILLE GENESIS SANTOS never grew up in the spotlight unlike her beloved cousin, Jenna Ortega. She was rather interested in learning how the spotlight worked. She spent many days after school on the set of Stuck in the Middle with Jenna where she watched and learned how directors and producers worked. She thought it was the most fascinating thing in the world. The way the directors had all the power and they controlled how each scene was shot was beautiful. And the way the final scenes would come together so cohesively was like the finest piece of art Camille has come across. So at the ripe age of 12, Camille Santos knew she wanted to be a director.

HOWEVER, NO ONE knew about this endeavor; not her parents, not her closest friends, not Jenna. She was embarrassed by this dream and she didn't think she'd ever make it if she ever became a director. So she suffered through her part-time minimum wage job as a Starbucks barista. Camille's cousin, Jenna, knew how miserable she was working there and so, Jenna was able to get a job for her as assistant to the directors of Scream VI.

IT WAS THE perfect opportunity. Camille wouldn't have to work in Starbucks for the summer and she would have some on-set experience as well as watching two directors work. Not to mention spending time with one of her favorite members of her family. So obviously when Jenna told her the news, Camille was over the moon. She immediately accepted and went with Jenna to the Scream sets in Canada.

CAMILLE WOULDN'T CALL herself shy or anything, but in this case, she most certainly was. Though she was taller, she would hide herself behind Jenna and follow her around everywhere. Everyone there was nice; it was just that she didn't know how to start conversations and she didn't want to say or do anything wrong. But then on one momentous afternoon, Camille actually made a friend.
