JACK ahmad is cami's best friend from her hometown and they've been friends since they were kids she told me that he's very involved in her life so i think maybe you should like dm ahmad or something about cami so he could help you too he knows far more about her than i do

Jack couldn't believe his eyes. He had full confirmation that Milo had a crush on Camille. And that he was going to ask her out on a date. Granted, there's a possibility of the date not going anywhere, but still. There was still a possibility that it could lead to something and that was what terrified Jack. He knew he was being slightly possessive over a girl he's not dating — the same girl whom he claims he doesn't have a crush on. And he knew he didn't have any right to be possessive over her, but he just couldn't help it.
He knew it's only been a few weeks, but he thought of Camille as a little treasure that most people pass by but that he had the privilege of stumbling upon. She was his little secret. And yeah, maybe you can't gatekeep a person, but Jack wanted to attempt it.
The only thing getting him through the news was the possibility of it not going anywhere. Camille goes on a date with Milo, so what? It doesn't automatically mean that they're dating and she's his girlfriend. At least that's what Jack kept telling himself. He still needed time to reconcile with his own crush on Camille. She's one of his best friends and he couldn't possibly fall for her, right?
"Hey, are you okay?" Camille asked him.
The two were in Jack's trailer with Jack sitting on the couch while on his phone, previously texting Milo and Cami sitting on the floor with revised schedules on the couch in front of her. She liked getting some work done in Jack's trailer, so she was usually there when she didn't have to be on set. Jack looked down at her to see genuine concern in her eyes. No wonder Milo has a crush on this girl, he thought.
He continued to stare at her for a good second before replying, "Yup. Why?"
"'Cause you didn't respond to my question." She told him.
"I'm sorry." He apologized and set his phone down next to his lap. "What was your question?"
"What do you think of Milo?"
