The humans realized that King Ghidorah was killed. They had finished Mechagodzilla, and began creating other mechas. The first was actually done as a home project. A size-changing robot called, Jet Jaguar. The second was a mecha specifically made for underground, aerial, and outer space combat called, MOGUERA.
The year is 1995. Godzilla was happily married to Mothra. They decided to adopt and raise the baby Godzillasaurus who they've named, Godzilla jr. They also began experimenting with biological offspring, which was met with heavy resistance from Godzilla, as he felt it wouldn't work.
Rodan wings healed, but have many scars. Anguirus' blind eye never got better, but he dealt with it. Baragon and Manda got verbal smack-downs from everyone for abandoning them. Varan actually forgot that the whole battle happened due to him passing out.
G-Force traveled to Italy, and salvaged King Ghidorah's remains. They then began work on turning him into a cyborg, and a force for good.
Over the 3 years between 1992 and the present, the world's natural balance restored. Sea levels returned, and storm levels dialed back to their usual destruction.
