Godzilla: Cataclysmic Assault

The Battle of Italy

Gamera was unable to find Super Gyaos. This doth sucks, he thought. He sighed, and knew he had to continue onward. If he gave up, the world would be in peril. Just then, he saw a Vortaak UFO hover down. I knew it. Godzilla hast worketh with these intruders, Gamera thought. Gamera destroyed it with a high plasma fireball. I shall findeth this monster, and bring about his destruction, he thought.

Godzilla's sight began to come back. "Mothra, I can sorta see." he said. "Well that's a relief. After a while, you should be able to get in on the fun." Mothra replied. Godzilla nodded.

Megalon was blasted by a mixture of prism beams and sonic beams. The beetle kaiju roared out in agony. Blood began spewing out of his body. "Hey man, we should save some for Godzilla." Battra said. "Yeah, that sounds about right." Varan replied, "Let's go help out Anguirus and Rodan." Battra nodded.

Godzilla couldn't see the greatest, but could still make out Megalon. He charged his atomic breath, and blasted the kaiju.

A Vortaak UFO arrived, and dropped off a robotic replica of Godzilla. "Uh, Battra?" Varan said. Battra turned around. "Okay, let's handle this thing first." Battra said. Varan nodded, and rushed the mechanical kaiju. "What is that thing?" Mothra asked. "Well, it isn't one of us." Godzilla replied. Mothra continued applying scales to Godzilla. This time, at a faster pace. "Your sight will return fully any minute now." Mothra reassured. Godzilla nodded. "By the way, thanks for helping me." he added. "No problem." Mothra replied.

Manda returned from the Adriatic Sea, and spat out the remains of Ebirah. "Okay, zat is just disgustin'" Anguirus said. Manda just rolled his eyes, and decided to help out with Mechagodzilla.

Anguirus and Rodan managed to damage Gigan's visor, which prevented him from using his laser. "No! You fools! Do you know what this means?!" he shouted. "That we can kick your butt easily now?" Rodan asked. Then, Gigan exploded. "Eh, close enough." Rodan said. Then they joined in with the battle against Mechagodzilla.

The UN sent in G-Force to Italy to stop Mechagodzilla.

The ground began rumbling. The red monster, Baragon, burst from the ground, and joined in the battle. "Baragon! Where'd you come from?!" Battra yelled. "Sorry man. I was too scared." Baragon replied. This made everyone groan. "He could've come up with a better excuse than that." Godzilla whispered to Mothra. This made her giggle again.

Baragon spewed molten magma onto Mechagodzilla, overheating its circuits. "Really? That was its weakness?" Manda asked. "Who cares? As long as zis goes down sooner." Anguirus said. 

The Vortaak Captain began swearing. "I told you guys to make it strong!" he shouted. "We did!" the scientists said. "Well not strong enough!" the Captain shouted. He ordered for them to be ejected out of the airlock.

G-Force arrived in Italy, and salvaged the remains of Mechagodzilla. "This'll be of great use in the project down in South Africa." a pilot said.

Before the G-Force envoy arrived, Godzilla used his last bit of strength to decimate Mechagodzilla. Its head was destroyed, its arms exploded, and one of its legs melted. Godzilla collapsed to the ground.

After the envoy left, Godzilla asked his allies to clear the ground. "Don't worry buddy. We've got you." Varan said. Weather patterns grew more severe. "Somethin's wrong. I can feel it." Anguirus said. Rodan nodded. Varan began using his sonic beam. "Varan, we're trying to keep Godzilla from getting impaled if he falls. We're not trying to make it worse." Manda said. Varan groaned. "Fine!" he complained. "Mothra, come here." Godzilla said. "What is it?" she asked. Godzilla pulled her closer, and kissed her forehead. "Go with the others." he said. Mothra returned the kiss, and went with the others. Godzilla began charging his atomic breath.

King Ghidorah continued altering weather patterns. Instead of normal waves, they became tsunamis! It began to rain. He decided to land in France.

"Are the waves getting bigger?" Baragon asked. "Yes. Everyone, stand back!" Battra ordered. A tsunami then removed most of the rubble. "Well, at least our job is easier now." Varan said. They turned to Godzilla. "Wait, I thought you were tired!" Manda shouted. Godzilla then blasted his atomic breath at the ground. He separated a segment of Italy from Europe, and harsh currents began filling the ravine!

The weather got even worse. "What are you doing?!" Battra shouted. "I already lost one family! I'm not gonna lose another!!" Godzilla yelled back. Lightning struck more frequently. Rodan tried to take flight, but a bolt of lightning downed him! "Why are you doing this?!" Manda shouted. "I want you guys to be safe! I can't go through this again!" Godzilla shouted. He turned to leave. "Go'zilla! Le' us help!" Anguirus cried. "No! I don't want you to die on me!" Godzilla yelled. He began walking towards Germany. His allies pleaded for Godzilla to change his mind, but it was too late.

Godzilla met with King Ghidorah. "Ah, you've come alone. Just as I expected." King Ghidorah said. The weather continued worsening. "You won't best me a third time!" Godzilla shouted. "Well unlike you, I brought some help." King Ghidorah replied. A whole armada of Vortaak UFOs emerged from the clouds. The began firing their heavy lasers on the ground. "This can end one of 2 ways Godzilla. Which will it be? The Earth, or your life?" King Ghidorah said. "I won't fall for your tricks again." Godzilla said. King Ghidorah smirked. "Well, in that case." he said. He charged his gravity beams, and combined them into one singular beam! The beam hit Godzilla, and knocked him out cold.

"Godzilla." a voice said. Godzilla groaned. "Godzilla." the voice repeated. Godzilla opened his eyes, and saw pure darkness. "Here I am." he said. A figure stepped out of the shadows. "Brother?" Godzilla said.
