I almost dropped the phone.
"Jax? Jacky boy, what is it?" Chibs asked me, clearly noticing that something wasn't right. I brushed him off, focusing on the accented voice on the other end of the line.
"You fucking dick. Where is she?" I sneered, feeling the past year of anger rise in my chest, the pain and longing I had felt for Jayda all this time.
"You stay off our backs now. I thought a year would be long enough." The man, who had a thick Spanish accent, chuckled and I wanted to somehow kill him right then. Alvarez. I knew he had her.
"Where is she!" I yelled, causing the club to surround me.
"The old warehouse. No fucking weapons. I mean it." Before I could say anything else, the line went dead and I was left with my thoughts about Jayda. That tiny bit of hope that she was still alive rose inside of me and I put my phone back in my pocket.
"It's fucking Alvarez." Trying to stay calm, I told the boys. "He's fucking had her this whole time!" I screamed, the anger getting the better of me.
"Is she alive?" Clay said, making everyone look at him.
"I don't know. He said the old warehouse, and no weapons."
"Let's go then." Happy said, beginning to walk out of the warehouse.

As I sped down the road, I remembered the times that Jayda used to ride next to me, the wind blowing her hair crazily behind her, the hugest smile on her face. Now I didn't even know if I would ever get those kind of moments again. We arrived at the old warehouse, abandoned and practically ruined, with an almost eerie feeling to it. We climbed off of our bikes, nobody possessing any weapons as Alvarez had said - we weren't risking anything for this, when it involved getting Jayda back.
"We don't make a fuss." I told them, making them all nod in return. I walked through the battered door next to Clay, everybody following behind. A large stack of crates were in front of us, blocking our view of the main warehouse.
"Hey!" Clay shouted, wanting a reply so we could get to Jayda as soon as possible.
"Over here." A voice said. Walking round the crates, I saw her in front of me. Her limp body was sat on the floor, tied to a large pole that was helping to hold the place up. She was extremely skinny, unlike the fit, healthy girl that she used to be. Bruises, cuts and blood were all over her skin, and I couldn't see her face as it hung low, staring at the ground. At that moment, I wasn't even sure if she was alive. My love for her was stronger than ever, and I wanted to run to her, however I knew I couldn't make one wrong move. "Jayda..." My voice breathed out in a whisper.
Alvarez and another guy walked around the corner, smirking. How fucking dare they, when she's on the floor not even moving, completely helpless. Glaring at Alvarez, I sneered. "Get her up. Then we can go and this will be fucking over. The torture you've put that girl through for a freaking year will be done." Alvarez laughed, nudging the guy next to him, who began to chuckle.
"You thought you were gunna get her back, eh?" He walked over to Jayda on the floor, and kicked her hard in her side. I lunged forward, not being able to watch her getting treated that disgustingly, however was held back by Bobby - he knew that was a risk. "Wake up!" Alvarez shouted, kicking her once again. Her head slowly lifted, revealing blood stains and a huge cut on her left cheek. Alvarez bent down, putting his head right next to her.
"Your man's here for you." He chuckled.
"J-Jax." She croaked, looking at me with plead in her eyes.
"Adrian, do it. I'm going outside to deal with some other shit." Alvarez walked back the way he came, out of sight, as Adrian pulled out a gun.
"No!" I shouted as he pointed it in Jayda's direction.
"Not getting her back as you thought?" He chuckled, and before I knew it, a loud band rang through the air, making even me jump...
I turned around staring, shocked at what had just happened. Adrian lay on the ground, the gun next to him. Juice stood behind me, still pointing his gun above where Adrian now lay. He was quivering slightly as he lowered it.
"Someone had to bring a gun." He said, looking at Clay who patted his back.
"Jax. Jax." Jayda cried, obviously terrified of what was going on. I ran over to her, cutting the ties from her wrists with my pocket knife. Her weak body fell into my arms and she howled into my chest.
"Your safe now, Jay. It's okay." I spoke into her hair as I stroked it. "Ope, help over here. Opie ran over and together we lifted Jayda up, draping her arms over our shoulders and helping her walk back to the others.
"It is done!" Alvarez's voice shouted, him now coming back into view. He stopped as he saw Adrian lying on the floor. "I said no fucking weapons!" He cursed, staring at us.
"Get out of here. Now." Clay said sternly to him. "This isn't over." He reminded him as Alvarez rushed out of the door, not wanting to end up like Adrian.
Outside, we sat Jayda on my bike and Juice came over, hugging her.
"Thank you so much." She whispered to him. "You saved my life, Juice." She smiled, for what was probably the first time in over a year. He smiled too, hugging her once again like everyone else, then leaving me to stand in front of the girl I loved. The girl who I thought I had lost. The girl who was now back in my life, safe.
"Jackson," She looked up at me, her bright blue eyes gleaming."I thought I'd never get to say this to you." She took my hand, whilst one tear rolled down her face.
"What?" I said, gripping her hand tightly.
"I love you." She said - and they were the best words I'd ever heard. I grinned, making Jayda smile too.
"I love you too, Jay. So fucking much."
And that's the end! Thank you so much for reading, voting and commenting. I might do another update soon, like an epilogue or something :) but again, thank you and hope you enjoyed it!
