I woke up expecting strong arms around me, however I was alone in Jax's bed. I heard him talking, and opened my eyes. He was on the phone, pulling trousers up at the same time.
"She knows. He was watching her yesterday. I'm gun' pay him a visit." I guessed he was talking about Morgan, and continued to listen. "Don't tell Jayda though. She's being weird with the whole 'teaching people a lesson' thing lately." He stopped and I could hear another mumble on the other side of the phone. "I'm gunna go over now. I'm not having him ruin Jayda. Again." He hung up and left the room. I could hear him in the nursery with Abel, until after about ten minutes the front door went. I jumped up, getting dressed and pulling my long hair back into a messy ponytail.
Before I went, I checked on Abel. He was fast asleep, however I still had no idea what to do with him. I can't go out because he'll be alone. In the end, I decided to just take him with me.
---
"Hunny! I'm sorry, I forgot about Abel. Here let me take him," Gemma came rushing over as soon as I arrived at the garage.
"It's fine, he's an angel." I grinned, handing him over. "I'm gunna go get started, I've still got a lot to do on that bike I've been working on."
As I headed towards the bike, I saw Jax and Chibs. "Alright Pember?" Chibs waved.
"Well as good as a girl gets when her ex boyfriend stalker re surfaces." I chuckled, trying to make a joke out of it. Chibs' eyes almost popped out of his head.
"Y-You know?"
"Yeah. She heard you guys. I went to his house this morning. He wasnt there. I think he's living somewhere else, for safety." Jax explained.
"Okay. I'm gunna do some more digging." Chibs said, walking away. Jax took my hand, leading me behind the building where it was isolated.
"I can't stop thinking about you." He whispered into my ear.
"Jax what the fuck?" I laughed at his strange behaviour.
"I don't even know." He grinned, kissing my lips. His hands were all over me, as were his lips.
"Jax," I moaned, beginning to get breathless, but in a good way. I pulled away, wanting to ask the question that had been on my mind for a while now. "Jax what are we?"
"What?" He asked, a confused look on his face.
"I mean, we've been having this thing for a while, and I just want to know where it's going."
"I-I don't know..." He stuttered, suddenly becoming weak, almost. "Jayda, I..."
"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have asked. Just-Just forget it." I said feeling embarrassed. What was I thinking? Jax doesn't want an old lady. He's not that type of guy. He just wants a bit of fun. It looked like he was about to speak, however he was cut of by Clay yelling at him to come and say bye to Abel. He gave me a longing look before disappearing around the corner.I stood there for a while longer, thinking about what had just happened.
Just forget it.
Taking a deep breath, I prayed Jax wasn't there as I walked back round the front of the building.
That's when I saw him. Not Jax. Morgan. I just stared for a while, until I saw him climbing out of his car, looking right at me. Quickly I walked towards him, my breathing getting faster. We were right by the gates now, which were wide open still.
"You need to leave." I said calmly.
"Oh hello Jayda." He smiled.
"Don't give me that. Get out. This is private property." He reached into his pocket, flipping out some kind of police badge, with a smirk on his face.
"I'm part of the ATF."
"You think I give a shit? Go. Away. Morgan."
"Anyway, I'm here for you. Not the ATF." He stepped right in front of me, so I could feel his breath.
"Please leave. I'm not gunna ask you again."
"But Jayda I've missed you. We still have something, don't we?" Suddenly, he was kissing me, where 10 minutes ago Jackson Teller had been kissing me.
"Morgan! Morgan get off me!" I screeched, pushing him away. When I looked up, he was on the floor, groaning in pain. Arms wrapped around me as I began sobbing, watching Morgan being kicked on the floor. All I could do was cry as Jax punched and kicked Morgan. I looked up to see Chibs' arms were the ones wrapped around my weak body. He began leading me away as someone pulled Jax off of Morgan.
