I woke up to the sound of baby cries, and the feel of strong arms around my waist.

"Abel," I heard Jax sigh.

"Um Jax, what the fuck?" I asked, meaning his arms around my thin body.

"Oh sorry, I-I dunno." He replied, a sudden shy side showing.

Jax's P.O.V

Jayda Pemberton. The girl I've loved since we were 14 years old. There's not really any other way to say it - It's always been her. She's always had other guys though. Yeah, there's been other girls for me, but they were just a distraction. I had that kind of meet, fuck, move on reputation.  And yeah, I'd had Abel, but it was just an accident. But I love my son more than the world.

"I'll go sort him out," I sighed, removing my arms from her body and climbing out of bed. I'd never told Jayda how I felt, it's obvious she doesn't feel the same. I prepared a bottle for Abel, and quickly fed him. When I got back to my room, Jayda was fast asleep once again. She looked so peaceful.

"Jayda! Jay! You gotta get up, we got an hour."

"Arghhh!" She groaned, sitting up. She bent down to her shorts, which were lying on the floor, and pulled out a fag and a lighter.

"Mind?" She smirked, lighting it and blowing smoke from her mouth, which floated around her, making her look sexy as fuck.

"Babe, it's me, do you think I mind?" I winked, attempting to flirt.

"Cheeky twat," She laughed.

I looked down at my toned body, then to my wardrobe. Just like always, I pulled out an oversized flannel and baggy jeans. Jayda walked back in with her jeans from yesterday on, and the t shirt I had given her.

"Should keep the shirt, suits you." I complimented.

"Jax, it's humongous!"

"Leave it on!" I laughed. She giggled and pulled on her SAMCRO leather jacket over my shirt. Then she pulled on her cute black beanie.

"I love that beanie," I whispered, not meaning for her to hear me.

"Well thank you!" She smirked, pulling on her black combat boots.

"Let's go!" I said.

Jayda's P.O.V

Jax left Abel with Gemma and we hopped on our bikes, riding round to Chibs' where he had the vans and the dead bodies we were using to set up the murder scene.

" I'll take the bodies with Pember. You and Half Sack follow up behind." Jax told Chibs. Everyone had nicknames, mine was only really used when we were on jobs. Pember, after my last name, Pemberton. Chibs and Half Sack nodded and jumped in the car. I patted my bike and jumped in the van next to Jax.

"Ready?" He asked me.

"You ask me every time!"

"I'm sorry!" Jax laughed. "Let's go."

We drove far with nothing happening apary from some dick cutting us off.

"Oh fuck, police car," Jax sighed.

"Put your foot down." He did as I said, but the police car turned and was on our backs immediately.

"What are we gunna do?! We've got two fucking dead bodies in the back!"

"I got this." Jax said. He pulled over with the copper car behind us, and Chibs and Half Sack behind him. I was beginning to get pretty nervous as Jax rolled down the window and I saw the copper approach. However, the next thing I knew, he was turning around and shouting, running back to his car.

"Go, quick!" I jumped out, soon realising thay Chibs and Half Sack had bashed the back of his car and were now running down the deserted road. I did the same as Jax, pulling out my pen knife and stabbing the police car tyre.

"Run!" Jax yelled. He got in and started up the van as I jumped in the back with the bodies and opened the boot. We sped down the road catching up to Chibs and Sack.

"Hurry! Jump in! Come on, quick!" I yelled as they jumped in, and we sped down the road, laughing and cheering.

"Make it believable!" I yelled to Jax as  he poured fake blood over one of the two bodies.

"It looks pretty good!" Half Sack grinned.

"As good as murder gets," Chibs replied. Jax came over and we all stood in a line, pulling out our hand guns.

"Let's fucking do this!" Jax yelled as simultaneously, we all shot at the car and bodies, then jumped in the vans; Jax and I in one, and Chibs and Half Sack in the other, and drove away.

"You did well today," Jax smiled, glancing at me from the steering wheel.

"Jackson, stop treating me like a newbie. That's Half Sack, not me. I've been doing this shit since I was old enough, I'm not a baby anymore Jax." I sighed.

"Sorry, just, lookin' out for ya,"

"It's because I'm a girl, huh?" I joked.

"Well... Nooo...?"

"Oh my god it is! You think I'm not strong enough!"

"No, Jay, I've known you since the minute you were born. I was only 3, but that doesn't matter. I just want you to stay safe. Your Mom would be so proud of you today," He smiled, patting my thigh. "And your Dad." I smiled slightly at the mention if my Mom and Dad. My Mum died at child birth and my Dad killed by the Mayans.

"Want me to take you home?" Jax asked. I turned around and gave him the look. "Sorry, just lookin' out!" He said, holding his hands up in defence. I wondered why he cared so much. I said goodbye to Chibs and Sack and followed Jax out to where our bikes had been parked all day.

"See ya tomorrow, I'm off back to my shitty flat!" I laughed.

"You know what half the people that live there are like, be careful Pember!"

"Goodbye Jax," I smiled, jumping on my bike, and driving away.

I could hear the loud booming music as I climbed the grimmy stairs to my flat. I heard coughing and instantly froze. It was clearly a druggie, and they were never good to come across here. Slowly, I continued to walk up the stairs.

"Hey baby," Some drunk man slurred in my face. He reeked of smoke and alcohol, and I pulled back, scared. "Got any smokes for me?"

"Get away from me!"

"Hunny don't speak to me like that!" He pushed me back and I toppled halfway down the stairs, hurting my leg as it happened.

"No one speaks to me like that!" He spat, punching me straight in the eye.
