In this one-shot Emilie is dead and Gabriel buried her but is still saddened by his loss not miraculous only the characters.

INTRODUCTION:
Gabriel never actually assumed that soulmates are real even though he was standing right in front of them all along...

Yes, his soulmate was just right in front of him all along he was just blindly in love with his dead wife.

He just couldn't let go of the fact that his wife is dead he is convinced that the days are the same gloomy, however, one particular day will be different...

Nathalie and Gabriel are drawing closer together through these past few years... Ever since they've gotten closer there are quite false rumours had been spread like

"Are they in a relationship",
"A slut sleeping with his boss?!"
"Is he cheating on his wife??"
"Are they secretly dating?"
"Isn't she a Sancoeur?
And so on...

Most of the time at work Gabriel has been starting at Nathalie a lot lately... As in always... He assumed that he was just seeing her beauty more other than falling in love.

He never really thinks about it since he considers that he has fallen in love with Nathalie Sancoeur.

But every time Nathalie passes by he would stare at her and even blush at her. He doesn't understand why he was feeling this way but didn't think about it much until the day he believed his stupidity...

STARTING

Gabriel was just sketching and making a dress for Nathalie... Since he never really sees her with dresses... Yes, she doesn't wear dresses only when she was young but for now, dresses aren't her thing...

As he was sketching Nathalie asked him

May I have a day off tomorrow sir?

Gabriel looks up from his sketches

Why? Nathalie, are you ok? You've never taken a break before... I mean I am happy that you're taking a break... But what gives? Is there anything special? Are you seeing someone? Said Gabriel with a hint of jealousy

Nathalie's eyes widened and say

What no, my brother just texted me and wanted me to come and visit at his place... We've never seen each other for a long time now... So that's why... He asked if I could have a day off tomorrow and I said that I will ask your permission first...

Wow, Nath slows down there... He replies as he sees her trying to catch air from her explanation...

She blush since he gave her the nickname "Nath"

And you can have a day off... I mean you deserve the day off... Maybe I could surprise you with flowers once you get back he mumbled the last words

Nathalie: pardon? What were your last words? I couldn't hear you.

Gabriel:  Nothing!

Nathalie then went to go continue her work after she finishes her work, she then said goodbye to her boss.

Goodbye to you Nathalie! By the way, may I ask how long will you take a day off? I know that you only requested 1 day but you said that you and your brother hadn't seen each other for the past few years...
