Evie starts to tap my stomach with her finger. Man is she a light weight.
"What are you doing" I ask her.
"I'm bored I want to get out" she says sitting up.
"Hang on hang on you can't go anywhere I've got to keep you hooked up to the machines." Matteo says getting up off the bed.
"Yer no" Evie says climbing off the bed. I quickly grab her and get off the bed so I can put her back. I place her back and she huffs.
She then try's again to get away but Luca and Marco come ether side of me and Rick and Mattie go to the door.
"Did you really just try and escape again." I laugh while putting her back on the bed.
"You can't go out baby" Matteo says the other side of the bed.
She crosses her arms and pouting her lips again. I turn my back for a minute because something hit the window.
Next thing I know she's pulled her iv out and has made it all the way to Rick and Mattie. Brownie points for her for getting by three big guys.
Rick quickly grabs her round the waist and lists her up.
"Nice try baby but know your arm is bleeding." Matteo says as Rick puts her down. As soon as he does she opens the door and runs. Shit. We all look at each other then run out the door. We look down the hallways and see know one but doctors. How does she manage to escape the 6 of us.
"Where did she go" Rick says. I hear a little giggle down the hall and so does Luca. We walk to where the giggles are coming from. I look round the corner and see Evie sat on the floor trying to hold her laugh. She looks up and sees me and Luca. She quickly gets up and starts running down the corridor. We quickly race after her and Luca swoops her up in his arms.
"We got her" I shout and all the boys come running. She starts kicking and Luca just looks unfazed.
We all walk back to the room with Evie still kicking to let her go. She soon gives up and relaxes into Lucas's arms.
"That's it baby go to sleep" Luca says cooing in her ear.
"Are you still going to be there when I wake up". She asks.
"Of course" Luca says as we walk into the room and placing her on the bed. He takes his shoes on and climbs onto the bed with her. Evie moves and snuggles into him. I would be lying is I said I wasn't jealous.
"When will the morphine wear off" I ask Matteo.
"Depends on how much I gave her let me just check." He says going in the draw.
"Oh shit I overdosed her" Matteo says making all of us give him death stars.
"You boys go find a place to sleep in the hospital " I say and they all leave the room so it's just me and Luca.

"Luca I'm cold" Evie says gaining my attention.
"Keep this round you." I say rapping my suit jacket round her.
"Thanks ally" she says closing her eyes.
I bend down and give her a kiss on the head.
"Luca you alright with her while I go take some phone calls." I say and he just nods.
Luca PoV
I look down at Evie in my arms as she wiggles around to get comfortable.
"You alright baby" I ask.
"Yer" she say's finally getting comfortable.
After about 5 minutes I hear soft little snores coming from Evie and decide to fall asleep.
