Chapter 47

Ally's PoV

I walk back into the room to see Noah still holding Evie and Matteo getting some special socks.

"Noah put her down please" Matteo says. Noah nods slightly and puts evie gently down on the bed.

"Ally can you put the socks on they have to be knee high." Matteo says handing me some blue socks. I slowly put them on one by one.

"Right only me and one other person are aloud in the Anastasia room so who you picking Evie."Matteo asks he softly. He's crouched down by the bed so his head odds Keble with her s.

"Ally" she whispers. Even if it was I wouldn't care I would be in that room with her no matter what.

"Ok baby say your goodbye s to Luca, Noah, Ethan and Stefan." Matteo says getting up and standing next to me watching them from the distance. Luca comes next to her first.

"Never forget I love you so much and please don't leave me I love you way too much." Luca says engulfing her in a massive hug. Noah come next crouching to her side.

"Don't worry baby there's going to be loads more cuddles in the future. I love you big bits" Noah says kissing her head. Ethan lowers himself to her height and just gives her a big whispering something in her ear the I can't hear.

Stefan comes last with tears threatening to fall out his eyes.

"Hey baby I know we haven't had much time together since you have been back but don't worry because after the surgery your going to have loads more memories with us all. I can't even picture or say how much love I have for you, your a fighter and don't forget it ok" he says pausing when tears begin streaming out her eyes.

"Come here my baby girl" he says picking her up and hugging her tightly. I know he needs this more than Evie. He slowly puts her back down and kisses the tears away.

"I love you Evie so much" he say's finally kissing her on the nose and squeezing her little hand.

"Come on baby let's get you all fixed up." Matteo says walking behind her bed and turning the breaks off so he can wheel it.

"Wait ally can you get in the bed with me" Evie says shakily.

"Of course baby" I say quietly getting on the bed next to her. I pull her up so she is cuddling into me. Luca and Ethan open the doors for Matteo wheeling me and Evie out the room and to the elevator. The hospital is almost empty because there hasn't really been any wars lately so know mafia men have been injured. Once the doors close Evie let's put a loud sob with tears falling freely down her face.

"Come here beautiful" I say putting her fully on top of me. I wrap the gown around her backside just in case someone is in the hallway when the doors open.

The elevator doors open but Evie is still crying loudly. Matteo quickly wheels us into a little room with two sets of doors either side with one set I think leading to the operating room.

"Hey Evie baby I need you to calm down" I say stroking her cheek with one hand and stroking her back with other. It's only now I realise there are two other unknown people on this room. After 5 minutes Evie eventually calms down a bit so I can talk.

"Hey look at me" I say softly helping he tilt her head to look in my eyes.

"Please,please,please fight to stay with me I know you have been through a lot but don't give up, I need you to survive, I promise I won't let anyone ever touch you again life will get better for you and I'll help you with all of it but you just have to keep fighting for the both of us because I love you so much." I say tears coming out my eyes as well.

"I promise" Evie says weakly giving me a kiss on my chin. I kiss her on her head before Matteo comes crouching down to her side.

"Hey baby girl I promise you I will do my best and not fail you, your big brothers got you and don't forget that I will always have you. I love you so much. Now we are just going to put this mask on you and it will send you to sleep baby" Matteo says grabbing the mask from the man.

"Please be ok baby I love you so much" I say kissing her temple while Matteo puts the mask on her. She somehow manages to hug my arm tightly clinging to it for dear life while she eventually closes her eyes dozing off.

"Alex you need to get off" Matteo says putting the bars down off the bed so o can get off. I give Evie one last tight squeeze breathing in her sent before slowly getting off the bed.

"I need to talk to everyone that's going to be on that room." I say sternly my voice deadly. Matteo eyes widen and he quickly nods pressing a button so some people enter through the door. I wait till there's like 20 people in the small room and pull out my gun Evie got me yesterday. They all take a step back from me except Matteo who's by Evie's sleeping figure stocking her hair.

"If she dies in there you all die and I mean everybody dies if she survives you all get out with your life and a raise for saving her, who's the second in leading the surgery" I ask shakily. A dude from the back raises his hand who now I only just recognise as mark matteos best friend.

"I will torture the shit out of you if she dies"I say my voice sounding terrifying even to me.

"Alright Alex you need to go we all need to scrub in" Matteo says getting up from Evie's side. I give her one last kiss before leaving.
