You had business with Makoto a few times which caused the run-ins with each other.

[When she realized she loves you]-
"So who's the lava dragon?"Saiguu asked .
"That's y/n l/n , the lava pool dragon from Natlan and a messenger for the Pyro Archon. "
"Have you ever talked to her/him/them?"Sasayuri asked ,
"No , she/he/they only ever come to talk to Makoto.Besides if she/he/they stay to long out from lava anyway they start to get cold."
"How would you know that?"
"Its quite simple really , all you have to do is watch. See their wings are already hardening and turning into igneous."
"Okay , here's a better question why are you always staring at them."
"Cause they're interesting to look at."
"That's a dumb reason, c'mon Ei~! Tell us!"Mikoshi Chiyo begged
"Okay so I find her/him/them nice to look at , okay but nothing more."
"You sure , you have that glint of love in your eyes." Saiguu smirked
"Yes I'm sure."
"Yeah right , your diary says otherwise-"
"Okay you know what I need some fresh air. So I'll see you all for lunch tomorrow okay?Cool."
Ei then left her friends as they silently chuckled.
"We all know she likes her/him/them right?"
"Oh she definitely does."

Ei walked to the open plains of Inazuma as the blossoms danced to Barbatos's song.
"If I'm not mistaken isn't it a bit too late for a walk."
Ei turned to see you behind her , folding your arms.
"I can do as I please you know , this is my home."
"I know , but don't you think that it's a little dangerous to be out in the open during a war?"
"I am not an archon , it should be my sister's safety you should be concerned about."
"Mhm , but still you should be cautious. You never know when your enemy will strike."
You took of your hood revealing a scar across your face.
"So you intend to fight me."
"Easy , I just want to see what you can do."
"Very well then I hope you know what you got yourself into ."
You chuckled before summoning your claymore.
"More like you should be more worried about what's about to happen to you."

[Confession]SFW& Angst

You walked back and forth in Tenshukaku gates , waiting for Ei and Makoto to return.
Hours passed as Yae desperately tried to get you some where hot but you refused.
"Y/n if you don't you'll actually turn into a statue , please don't make me have to beg."
"No Yae , I have to stay and wait for those two . Inazuma is defenseless without them and who are the people to turn to if something happens-"
You were interrupted by a similar flash of light.
"They're back!"
You flew down the stairs , hoping to see the smile of victory on your friends faces , only to see a broken and sobbing Ei holding onto her sister's sword and gnosis.Yae looked over your shoulder to gasp in sorrow and fear.
"Ei?"
She stood up , her lifeless eyes stared into you as she walked into Tenshukaku.
Everything was quiet after that day , you had to return to Natlan due to complications to it raining so much and your wings were hardening too fast.
You wanted to stay beside Ei during this loss but you couldn't.
"Tell Ei I'll come back one day."
"I will , be safe Y/n ."
You took off into the storm as it only got worse once you did.
Ei watched you leave from the top of her estate , as tears rolled down her skin.
-Time Skip- Present Time-

Ei sat in the plain of euthymra as she planned the next steps to reaching eternity.
Until she heard a voice from outside.
"Look here puppet thing , I don't care about these weird ass rules you have to follow , I just want to see the real Ei. My Ei."
Ei then ordered the puppet to stop buying resting.
"What the hell?! You just were saying that-"
"Y/n come in , don't bother the puppet."
You entered the plain seeing Ei stand there wearing similar clothes to Makoto.
"Okay I love what you did with the place , but was the rude and very violent puppet worth it ?"
Ei chuckled ,
"Yes the puppet is necessary , it does my duties as the Shogun while I'm in here."
"I vote get rid of it.Its annoying to begin with , and I'd much prefer to see you instead of that when I walk in here."
"Come now , let's talk over some food."
You smiled at the idea as the both of you walked through the streets of the city.
"So why did you finally decide to come back after 500 years?"
"The Pyro Archon is to blame , with her hot headed temper. Wouldn't let me leave for anything or anyone."
The two of two stopped at Tomoki's street vendure.
"Well I shall let you start with a beverage first."
"O-oh mighty Shogun!What brings you here? Oh that's a dumb question- Would you like anything?"
"Yes I'd like 10 dango milks for my friend."
You felt your heart break slightly as the word friend echoed.
"Right away!"
Tomoki immediately grabbed the entire stash of milk before handing them to you.
"Ain't we suppose to pay for this?"
"Nonsense no one pays the Raiden Shogun for anything, she does enough protecting us!" He nervously said.
"Alright then..."
"Come one y/n , there are several more places I'd wish to show you."
You and Ei went to every restaurant, bakery , and street vendure in Inazuma.
And the best way to end it was with an alcoholic beverage.
You drank 9 glasses of wine as Ei watched in horror of your alcohol consumption.
"Oh celestialia this is what I need to finish the day!"
"Perhaps we should leave now , it's getting late."
"One more glass please Ei?"
"...."
"Please?"
"Fine..."
You drank 10 more glasses before Ei dragged you out of there."Ei , babe I don't wanna go yet~"
"Sorry Y/n but that's enough-wait, what did you just call me."
"Babe?"
Ei stood in shock having a flustered expression.
"Aw~we missed the stars."
You stared into the sky as fireworks went off.You leaned on Ei's shoulder ,as she was as still as a statue, watching the shooting stars.
Eventually Ei became unfrozen to see you passed out , using her shoulder as a pillow.She carried you to tenshukaku and placing you in your old room. Just when she was about to leave , she looked back at your sleeping form.
She knelt down before kissing you on your cheek.
"Goodnight y/n , I hope to see you tomorrow."
Just when she was about to get up ,you unconsciously pulled her into the futon clinging onto her for dear life.

Spicy-
You dominante her in bed , imma just say that. If Makoto was still alive , you'd be in the grave by now.
Of course you let her take charge every once in a while.Also the Shogun puppet is traumatized.

Fluff -
You comfort her about stress and the loss of Makoto
She listens to you rant about the Pyro Archon and how they are annoying to be around.
Meditating in the plain together
Fighting together

Chaotic -
You buy her a huge dango milk bottle and instead of cuddling with you , she cuddles with it instead.
She accidentally said something about your new haircut and you practically hunt her down to give it to her.(p.s you found her but didn't do it instead you stole her clothes for a week though)
Yae chases you with a holy prayer trying to exorcist your demons out of you.

Angst -
You have to return to Natlan for a war
Raiden Shogun dies by the traveler
Or you die in battle.
Huge arguments about the whole eternity thing.
