The truth

Once Shiver snaps back to reality, she sees you looking at her with shock and hurt. "W-whats wrong baby?" Shiver asks. "Ryukosan...s-she's possessed you...and you didn't tell me..." You say, as anger slowly rises up within you. "N-no...I didn't...I-I..." Shiver begins, but you weren't having it. "Don't lie to me Shiver Same!!!" You shout. "This demon has possessed you! Our lives our in danger...and you want to hide that from me?" You ask in anger. Shiver doesn't even know how to answer that. "What made you think it was okay to hide that from me? Aren't we dating? At least...I thought we were." You sigh in anger. "Y/n...p-please, I didn't mean to..." Shiver apologizes. "You didn't mean to lie to me? I think that's bs." You snarl. Shiver looks down in guilt. "I-I'm sorry...." Shiver whimpers. "You're only sorry because you know I could end this relationship right now if I wanted!" You snap. Shiver looks at you in shock, her ears dropping down, her eyes watering. "B-baby no...p-please..." Shiver pleads. "Give me one reason to give you another chance?" You ask. "Give me one reason I shouldn't dump you right now and go reunite with Kira?" You ask. Shiver couldn't hold in her tears any longer. Even though you were a pretty laid back person, you did NOT tolerate lying very well. That's exactly how you ended your relationship with Kira. "P-please!!!! D-don't dump me!!" Shiver sobbed. You softened your tone with Shiver, seeing how desperate the octoling was to keep you with her. "I-I'm sorry!!!!" Shiver yells, as she covered her face with her hands. You watched helplessly as you watched Shiver break down. You didn't know what to do, so you slowly walk over to Shiver and hug her. "I-I'm a horrible person...b-but please don't leave me for that! I-I just didn't want you to leave me of you knew I was the holder of a demon!!" Shiver yelled. "Still didn't give you the right to lie to me." You say sternly. "FOR THE LOVE OF COD!! I SAID I'M SORRY!!!" Shiver screams as she pushes you away from her. "Fine, if you wanna be like that, then I'm out. I'm breaking up with you." You snarl as you begin to push Shiver out of your house. "W-wait I-I'm sorry!!" Shiver shouts. "I'm done talking with you Shiver, leave and never come back. Go crush on Frye or something, because you ruined your relationship with me. It's all your fault, so don't you go on live tv crying that it was my fault. Just know that eveything that's happening right now...it's all because of you." You snarl as you shut the door. "I'm not going to be in a relationship with a liar." You hiss as you walk to your room. As you hop on your bed, you see you missed a few calls from your older brother. "Ugh...what does he want?" You snarl as you answer your phone. "What is it you bratty snob?" You hiss. "Well dang, don't have to be so nice." Your brother, Toro, snarles. "Ugh...what do you want?" You sigh. "Nothing! Bye!" Toro shouts as he hangs up. You wanted to snap his neck, but since inklings nor octolings had bones...that wouldn't work out very well. Plus, you were too busy...doing....hmm. Well you weren't doing anything at the moment. You just sat on your bed staring up at nothing. "Well damn...I hate this." You groan. You soon hear upir doorbell ring, while hesitation, you go to see who's there. And you're highly pissed off to see Shiver there. "I thought I told you to never come back!" You shout, but Shiver just stares at you. "C-can I please just have a one on one conversation with you? Please?" Shiver asks. "Fine! But if you're trying to get us back together, let me tell you right now...that's not going to happen." You snarl. Shiver looks down in defeat. "I-is that all you were here for? To try to hook up with me again?" You ask in disgust. "P-please....I-I'm sorry..." Shiver sniffles. "You're sorry? Well that's not going to cut it. Honestly...what do you think I am? A dog? Do you think you can just lure me in with a treat? Is that how you see me?" You ask. "No..." Shiver sniffles. "Aw really? Cause it sure does seem like it." You snap. "You just give me so much love...I never get that...n-nobody could care less about me. You might be thinking that's bs...b-but it's true. People always think I'm dead weight...a-and I don't blame them." Shiver sighs. "Don't you try that self pity crap with me!! You did this to yourself!" You shout in anger. Shiver looks at you before crying once more...but this was different. You had seen Shiver cry multiple times, but none of that was compared to this. Her body was trembling, her face was extremely red, and she let out horrifying screams in between sobs. This isn't what you wanted, you felt like crap now. You hug Shiver tightly, picking her up and walking over to your couch. Once you're comfortable, you began comforting Shiver. "I-I s-still l-love you, please g-give me a second chance!" Shiver sobs. "I will see " You sigh. But you knew you had no choice. You knew your heart would shatter to be without Shiver. "I'm sorry!" Shiver repeated over and over agian. Sorry was becoming your least favorite word. You sighed as you held Shiver in your arms. You now realized how harsh you were with Shiver, and since she was a sensitive individual, that made this situation even worse. You eventually decided to speak. "You know I still love you. I was just...lost. I really don't like it when people lie to me." You sigh. "But....I would never leave you. So you don't need to cry anymore, I'm not leaving you Shiver Same." You smile. Shiver clutches onto your shirt and sobs even harder. "S-she did take control of me!!! I-I was soo scared t-that if you found out y-you'd dump me!!" Shiver sobs. "What!? No! Why the heck would I dump you over you becoming a demon holder?" You ask. "You literally just did!!" Shiver screams in anger. "O-okay, I see your point. But you don't have to be scared anymore. Now that I know...I will protect you and keep you safe." You smile. Shiver slowly calms down and wipes her tears. "S-so you're not going to leave me for Kira?" Shiver asks. "I don't intend on ever doing that." You smile, Shiver hugs you tightly. "Aw, you missed me didn't you?" You smile as you hug Shiver back. "I'm. Ot even going to answer that " Shiver giggles.
