Ok. I do think this is interesting. I mean, Turtle has been nice to Moon, and Moon has been nice to him. 

I personally think of them as friends. They are both attracted to other dragons. Turtle to Kinkajou, and Moon to Qibli (And maybe Winter??? IDK)

5/10, basically same as Moonajou.
