What was age?
There was no age
Cooperation
More like team work
It didn't matter if you had strength or if you were fit
Not even if you were tall or afraid of heights
If you were fast great that only ment a better check
Wages went up and down
Due to many reasons
The weather
Lack of work
No fields
Or an overload of other workers
But what mattered was working together
Too tough for just one person
But better with a family
If those days were today would families dare to plow those fields with their own hands...
