2 Weeks go by fast when its only like what 2 minutes?

I diceded on starting slow and workout 3 times a week, then slowly add more days along the way. However what i failed to show is that i only did 2 times a week, which is ok its just a level lower than what i thought id start at.

I found that i really enjoy doing 'Shirlyn Kim's pilates(?) videos. They are very nice at leats in the beginning, even with little motivation i still enjoy doing her workouts. I plan to do more high impact workout routines in the future, but for now i think its very important to strengthen the mental part of it and to really make it a part of my routine to do these workouts.

So for the next 2 weeks or soi hvae decided to go with the same plan. Workout 3 times a week, low impact workout routine.
