A month went by before the three teenagers would even think about walking back into the secondary school, and even then Remus opted to homeschool. A lot of parents pulled their child(ren) out of school after the shooting or changed schools in general to either private or brooding schools and a few seniors, just dropped out or took early graduation, not wanting to return.

Eleven had been killed and the other student responseable currently sat in a jail cell, refusing a deal, so a trail would began and no parent was looking forward to having their child(ren), some as young as just eleven years old, to go before a judge and others to speak about the horror they seen.

Harry? Had went mute. Since coming home form the hospital, he wouldn't speak. Nobody could get him to say a word out loud. The therapist was certain it was just his way of processing the event. Each teenager (or older child) had seen awful things, classmates dead, even a teacher and that could effect each child differenty. Adults have trouble processing such events, let alone somebody who was already damaged and sacred.
Remus, of course, was more worried about Harry's eating, but Harry would eat if he could run. He still maintained a healthy weight, so they didn't push him to talk. Otherwise, Harry was healthy and they feared Harry going to  other way.

Draco? If he couldn't be with Harry, because of appointments, mostly therapy, Remus found himself being read to by one of Draco's books, or sometimes a random one off his old book sleeve. Draco couldn't voice it, but he felt safe with Remus. Remus knew, and welcomed the company as he worried about getting the next school lessons plans ready for the day (or week.)

Hermione? Kept in bed a lot. A lot was on her mind, but she too was healthy so Remus and Siruis didn't push it.

This morning started the same, the children having breakfast and Siruis would take Navy to school, who Remus was trying to talk Parker into letting him homeschool her too, because Remus still had a lot of fear about the children in school, she was the only one left and he would feel a lot better if the girl was come.
The teens started their school work and Remus settled on the couch, Parker dropping down beside him. "How old was Harry when you started to homeschool him?" He asked. "Ten, but I'm actually a teacher Parker. I taught at a private school, 1y to 12y. So I am able to teach all grades, Parker. I just, the children should be home right now. Half the secondary school students fell to return and half of them won't come back next year. She'd be safe and get a good education and I'll even take a couple online courses to help teach the blind if it will make you feel better." Remus said. "I'll talk to Navy and get it worked out. I certainly don't want you worried about her too. Lincoln thinks you and Siruis should talk to Harry, again, but not like he is some broken teenager. I know he's gone mute, but just talk to him sometime." Parker said. "We do, truly, it just isn't so easy to make Harry understand things." Remus said softly. "I know, really." Parker said.

Remus called Harry downstairs who sat beside him on the couch and Harry grabbed the Notebook. "You know your father and I love you, right?" Remus said and Harry nodded, grabbing his pen. "Can...you tell me why you don't want to talk, Harry? I just want to understand is all." Remus said and Harry just shrugged his shoulders. Harry couldn't explain why he didn't want to talk, he just couldn't, and he didn't want to and he didn't know why or how to tell them. He just felt safer this way. Remas patted Harry's back. "No worries, son." Remus said.
