--Two months Later--
-- November --It seemed the temperature went form summer to winter, very quickly, even though it was only November, the temperature was already down to -11°(c) and making the power go out, because Siruis, who'd been busy with work because of the winter holiday coming up in just a month or so, failed to pay any real attention to the bed report and didn't recall the first ice Storm of the season.
So, Siruis was buddled up outside with Harry, putting gas in their generator. Siruis looked at Harry, who now wore a medical bracelet that told people he was mute. Other then the laughs Remus and Siruis would hear. They started to try and encouraged Harry to speak, but nothing really came out. He just didn't want to, at least not more then what he was about to say.
Siruis just started generator, watching the lights come back on in their home.
Harry walked over to Siruis and locked his arms around his side for a hug. Sirius smiled and kissed the top of his head. "Come on. Remus should be getting the coco on the strove. It's way to cold outside." Siruis said, but Harry just loosen his grip and stood there for a moment. He gave Sirius a light smile. I love you Harry said, in a very soft voice before he hurried off inside the house. The three teens sat close to the fire place, watching the television in the corner of the living rooms. Babies Teddy and Rose asleep on the playpen. Navy listening to a book, because she was blind but still loved books, leaving the adult's gathered around the dinning room table, having some tea. Siruis looked over at Harry and then, before he looked back at his partner and the rest of them. "Harry spoke...but I don't think it means he's going to start speaking. He ran right afterwards." Siruis said softly. "Why didn't you say something before?" Remus asked. "It only just happened. Outside. After we put the gas in the Generator." Siruis replied back. "It's been months, I assumed he just wanted to let you know he could but the therapist was pretty certain the last few weeks, Harry was likely never going to speak regularly again." Lincoln said. "I'm aware...I am. I just, he never talks about what he saw." Siruis said. "She is pleased with the outcome of our boy, Pads. Harry's growing and happy. I'm just thankful we still hear his laughs occasionally, it really means a lot." Remus said. "I know, love. Really, I do. I was thankful to hear it, no doubt. I just wish...we had the missing puzzle pieces." Siruis said. "Perhaps it's best if we don't, Love. Really. It would simply worry you more. I know you." Remus said, before he let out a sigh. "I...suppose you might be right. Lily. You fell up for stairs? It's best if we keep on the lower floors tonight." Siruis said. "Yeah, of course. The attic?" she asked. "Yeah. Get a head start, I'll be right behind you." Siruis said.
Lily went upstairs, slowly, and Siruis told Lincoln he'd get the downstairs bathroom ready for him to use until the ice spell was over, but Lincoln reminded him, it might not be over for some time. "We'll just have to make due, please. The generator won't last the night if we heat the whole home." Siruis said. "Very well, Siruis." Lincoln said, on Siruis way up the stairs.
Lily was standing by the small window, looking outside. Siruis walked beside her. "I'm sorry." She said softly. "What for?" Siruis asked softly. "Not only have you had to pick up the pieces of Harry...But my care and that of Lincoln's. Adding to much more on you." Lily said. "That's rubbish and you know that. I wouldn't have you anywhere but hear and Lincoln? Makes you happy. He's a good man. You shouldn't let your mind play such tricks on you." Siruis said, giving her a light smile. "Your sweet, like always...But Lincoln's social work, found us a home. Close to the hospital." Lily said softly. "Lily...there is no need for you to move out." Siruis said. "I think it's what we need. Lincoln and I. My medicines, are going to have to be word on, again, that requires me to be admitted for a few days...and Lincoln needs an operation. His father, is paying for his health care plan, and a couple more things needed...But until... things are more stable, it be best." Lily said. "His father?" Siruis said. "Is simply paying for treatment. He was paying the center, but had no wished to aid, physical in Lincoln's care. He was simply a boy the last time his father was around. A mostly check to his mother, then to him once he reached of age. There is no relationship there." Lily said. "I really think we should discuss this." Siruis said. "I don't, Siruis. Please. I can't trouble you more with my health and Lincoln is worried about being trouble." Lily said. "Very well, Lils." Siruis said.--
It would be a few hours into the day when Harry knocked on the door to the downstairs bedroom set up for his mom and Lincoln. Lincoln laying asleep on the bed. Lily was having a conversation, but Harry couldn't see anybody there. Siruis told him, her head was playing tricks on her. She seen he held his notebook and pen. She gave him a soft smile. "I assumed he told you?" Lily said and Harry nodded before he walked over and handed her the notebook.
Please don't leave mum. I know, well, I guess I don't fully know what's going on with you, but I know head games and I don't want that for you by yourself. We can move closer, pads said it was okay, to the hospital for Lincoln, but I don't want you...or him to leave. Please?
She eased to sit on the love seat, by the window and patted the sit beside her. Harry slowly sat down. "I really shouldn't have left the hospital, Harry. I'm unwell inside my mind, because of all that happened. My thoughts are more then the man I see. They are awful things, Things I don't wish to share, or do. If I stay, I fear I'll act on such things. I don't...want to hurt you, or anybody else. Once...I get better, I promise I'll come back." Lily said. Harry slowly grabbed the Notebook and wrote; Then got back to the hospital, and get better, Lincoln stays here. I don't want you moving out because your unwell. Lily let out a sigh. "I'll speak to him on the matter, Harry. I make no promises, but I'll talk to him." Lily said and Harry just shook his head. Stay. He would sign. Lily just kissed his head. "I'll speak to him, I promise. Please, it's late, you really should be getting to bed." She said and sent Harry on his way.
Harry wasn't happy with the answers he got, but what could he do? He sobbed to himself until Remus found him and slowly convinced Harry to go to bed. There wasn't anything they could do, if Lily wanted to move out. Her rights of her son, Harry, was no more, but she still had her own rights. They couldn't force her to stay, and it wasn't right to do such a thing.
Remus only hoped, he could make Harry understand.
