Venti woke up in the morning and yawned softly. He was happy that he didn't have another nightmare but also wondered why he had those dreams in the first place. He sighed and looked down and noticed diluc wasn't there.

He looked up and seen diluc getting ready to go. Diluc turned and noticed venti was away " oh your awake...alright come on we need to get going" he said waiting for him.

Venti nodded and got up befor he changed and got ready. Once he was done him and diluc went down stairs and checked out of there room befor they began there journey to liyue again. Venti walked beside diluc looking around at the trees as he also watched his step. He was really regretting wearing hes boots to liyue, he sighed befor he looked at diluc who was focused on getting to liyue. Venti didn't want to bother him but he wanted to hold hes hand. He sighed and then just grabbed dilucs hand. He looked down blushing holding onto hes hand before he felt diluc hold his hand back, venti looked at him and smiled as diluc looked at him and gave a small smile befor he lost it.

The two continue for a bit befor the stopped. Venti sat down and opened hes bag befor grabbing an apple and eating it. Diluc sat next to him as he also ate an apple.

Venti looked at diluc befor he sighed "Master diluc....are you mad at me...because I didn't stay at the whinery?" He asked

Diluc looked at him and sighed "I was mad...because I wanted you to stay and rest but...I suppose I'm glad you came"he said before he patted him on hes head" venti sighed

"I'm sorry...." he said looking down. Diluc looked at him "venti it's ok...I already figured you would be this stubborn to not listen to me"he said softly "but that's ok" he said before giving venti a soft kiss on the cheek.

Venti blushed as he looked down "a-anyways sh-shouldnt we get going" he ssid flustered.

Diluc sighed "yes come in" he said getting up before he took ventis hand and they started to walk to liyue again.

After hours of walking they soon arrived at liyue. It was late in the afternoon the sun was already starting to set. Venti let go of dilucs hand and started to walk away from him.
Diluc noticed and walked to him "where are yougoing?" He asked crossing hes arms.

Venti looked at him "don't worry im gonna go visit an old friend I promise when im done ill come looking for you ok" he said smiling.

Diluc sighed " fine but right after come find me ok" he said "now I'm gonna go" he said befor walking off.

Venti then went looking for morax the geo archon or zhonglie. After some time of searching he soon found in sitting at a table drinking tea.
He walked over to him smiling "why hello old friend " he said giggling.

Zhonglie looked at him as he set hes tea down "Ah hello barbatous" he said quietly not knowing what he was going by now.

Venti sat down as he looked at him "im going by venti now " he said smiling.

Zhongli nodded "well venti I'm going my zhonglie nowadays" he said befor he started to pour venti a glass of tea.

Venti thanked him for the tea and drank it. "So what brings you to liyue?" Zhonglie asked .

"Ah I came here with...a friend "he said not really wanting to say diluc was hes lover just yet.

Zhongli nodded "well I hope you enjoy your stay in liyue. So how is mondstat " he asked.

Venti and zhonglie sat and chatted for few hours befor venti noticed how late it had gotten "Ah I should probably be going. My friend will probably start worrieing where I am if I don't go look for him" he said getting up.
Zhonglie nodded "well your friend sounds like a very caring person" he said softly.

Venti nodded "he is. It was nice seeing you again old friend " he aaid befor walking off. Venti started to search for diluc but didn't realize how hard it would really be since diluc never told him where he was going. He sighed and kept searching befor, soon he found him outside of an inn like he was waiting for him. Vwnti got happy and went to him "im sorry I took so long master diluc" he said rubbing the back of hes neck.

Diluc nodded "its alright" he said before they went into the inn. Diluc got them a room again befor they went up there and sat there bags down.

"Ughh I'm hungry" venti said complaining.

Diluc sighed "well would you like to get something to eat?" He asked.
Venti smiled "oh so like a daye?" He said teasing him.
Diluc blushed "I uh....I mean if that's what you want" he said looking away as he blushed.

Venti blushed "uhh...sure" he said giving diluc a warm smile.

Diluc nodded holding ventis hand as they went to find a place to eat.
