the festival begins!!

A/N- I promise no more parts until I sleep totally not 4 in the morning.

The day of the festival soon arrived. venti soon began to wake up as he slowly opened his eyes and yawned softly. once he opened his eyes all the way he sat up and looked around at where he was. once he thought about yesterday he began to blush to realize where he was. 'im in dilucs mansion' he thought to himself, he didn't really mind though since it was diluc and he got to sleep peacefully but he enjoyed it more when diluc was there. venti noticed diluc wasn't in the room. he shrugged it off and got up stretching more before walking down to the main floor of the winery looking for diluc although venti was really only looking around the mansion since he hadn't really seen the inside and he had been looking for the wine cellar just to take a bottle of wine nothing more.

once venti made it to the main floor and saw some apples with some pancakes on the table. venti looked around a bit seeing a few maids although they didn't say anything. venti didn't mind he sat down and began to eat assuming it was for him. he hadn't had a proper breakfast in so long so this was very nice. he soon finished before he heard a familiar voice
"I see you enjoyed your breakfast," diluc said walking beside venti before he sat down.
venti nodded "mhm did you make these master diluc?" venti asked as he smiled softly
diluc sighed 'yes I made them," he said crossing his arms
"oh? and why must master diluc make me breakfast," he said giggling.
"tsk I only did it because I felt like it," he said sighing "anyways if we are going to the festival then we better go now," he said getting up. "ah right the festival," venti said getting up before following behind diluc.

the two began to walk to the city venti following behind, "ugh!....master diluuc can you carry mee!!" he yelled complaining. diluc didn't say anything just had an annoyed expression on his face as he kept walking.

"master diuc peas don't ignore meeee!" he whined still complaining.
diluc soon gave in and picked venti up like a child again and continued to the city. venti got caught off guard as diluc picked him up suddenly. he blushed as he was in dilucs arms he then looked up at diluc before looking down flustered.

they eventually made it to the city. diluc let go of venti and they walked around seeing all the decorations and tons of things to do. venti spotted some people playing some instruments and he joined in with them. diluc followed behind arms crossed as he watched venti play the song with the other musicians. after the song venti was presented with apples and some flowers from people as thanks for the song. he thanked them before going back to diluc.
"Sorry if I kinda ditched you. anyways shall we continue?" he asked softly. dilc sighed and nodded and they continued. soon they finished seeing everything and stopped at the tavern.
venti sat down while diluc prepared a dandelion wine for venti.

he soon gave him the wine and venti looked at it and then diluc " I thought you said no wine until I can pay for it" he said softly.
"yeah well... I changed my mind," he said before turning around. venti chuckled "aww master diluc has a soft side," he said giggling before he drank his wine. after a bit venti had about 5 cups of wine already and was already drunk " another onee mmmaster diluc~" he said slurring his words a bit before he laid his head on the counter. diluc sighed " no more you're already drunk," he said but no response. he noticed the bard was asleep and he sighed. he took his jacket off before he put it on the bard like a blanket. he then started to serve other customers that came in. they didn't question about venti and diluc was happy about that.
after some time it had already gotten dark. diluc closed the tavern and started to bring venti back to the winery his jacket was still wrapped around him.

once back at the winery diluc brought venti up to his room once again. laying him on his bed with his jacket still. he began to walk away but was stopped by someone grabbing his shirt. diluc was confused seeing venti and how he looked, he was crying. this made diluc worried but then venti said something "don't leave me diluc..... please" he said still crying. diluc sighed and hugged venti before sitting on the bed not soon after venti went back to sleep. diluc wondered what he meant by not leaving him but for now, he just wanted to sleep.

soon morning came and venti woke up. he realized he had fallen asleep in dilucs hold on top of him wrapped up in his jacket, he blushed before realizing diluc was waking up. once diluc was fully away he looked at venti "ah good morning" he said softly. venti nodded a bit "morning to you as well master diluc" he said smiling softly
"ah..I hope I didn't cause you a lot of trouble last night" he said sitting up. diluc also sat up and looked down at venti "you didn't cause me any trouble but...do you remember anything about last night?" he asked

venti thought "hmm a little bit...why?" he asked confused a bit. diluc gave a nod before he spoke again "well do you remember what you said to me? about...you not wanting me to leave you?" diluc said with a bit of a worried expression on his face.

venti thought for a moment before he started to remember a little bit of it "ahah...uh... it's nothing really I was drunk so I was probably just saying nonsense..." he said looking away as he sighed under his breath. diluc noticed this as he looked at venti "tsck...venti I can tell that your lying...it wasn't you just saying nonsense...you were crying while you said it and you looked genuinely serious" he said as he saw venti look back at him.
venti sighed and nodded "fine...i.. I didn't really want to say what I said because I didn't want to worry you but.. I uhm... I said that because... I'm afraid of losing someone I care about again," he said with a sad expression on his face.
diluc looked at him worried again before he hugged venti softly " venti you won't lose me... I promise" he said as he felt venti hug him back slowly.

venti hugged diluc back softly before he started to cry quietly. diluc soon let go of venti and saw him crying, "venti don't cry....I already told you I'm not going anywhere so there's no need for tears" he said crossing his arm.

venti looked at diluc "I..I know.." he said looking down. diluc sighed and cupped Venti's cheeks in his hands using his thumbs to wipe his tears away. venti looked at diluc blushing as he sat there silently. diluc kept ventis face in his hand before he kissed the top of his head softly. venti sat there still blushing as he looked at diluc and smiled before he started giggling "wow didn't know master diluc was such a softy or had a soft spot for a bard like me" he said giggling

diuc let go of ventis face and rolled his eyes "'scof'..ugh whatever don't expect me to comfort you anymore" he said getting up. venti looked at him giggling "I'm just teasing you" he said softly as he also got up and followed diluc downstairs.

A/N ugh i finished this one finally. i slept and then finished it when i woke up so yup im tired
