As I slip into my mom's old wedding dress, with her help, and get ready to marry my best friend.
An hour later I'm getting ready to walk down the isle with my dad.
"Ready?" he asks
"As I'll ever be" I breathed
The doors opened, everyone's heads turned to face up and we started walking.
Next was Ellie. As soon as those doors opened and I saw her in her beautiful dress, I lost my breath and on the verge of tears.
Her dad gave her away and she stoop in front of me, "I love you" I whispered and she smiled.
The Priest started "We are gathered here today to witness the lives of Ellie Moore and Kacey Evans become one." he looks at us "Please take each other's right hand"
We joined our hands together before he started talking again "These are the hands of your best friend that are holding yours as you promise to love each other all the days of your life. These are the hands that will work together as you build your future and make your dreams reality. These are the hands that will comfort you in illness and trials, and share the joy and happiness of life together. These hands will passionately love you and cherish you al through the years. May you always hold each other and give strength to each other to hold on during the storms and stresses of life."
Now It was time to say 'I do'.
The priest turned to me "Do you, Kacey Evans, take Ellie Moore to be your lawfully wedded wife?"
"I do"
"He turned to Ellie "Do you, Ellie Moore, take Kacey Evans to be your lawfully wedded wife?"
"I do" she said
"I now Pronounce you wife and wife. You may now kiss the brides"
Finally. We leaned into each other with a soft kiss, I could hear all of our families and friends in their seats cheering for us. When we broke apart we walked back down the isle together hand in hand, as everyone was still cheering as we left.
We walked to the reception area where our parents were going to meet us before everyone comes back here.
"I'm so happy" Ellie says, spinning in her fluffy dress
I chuckled "Me to, love"
Our parents walked in the room hugging and congratulating us.
A couple of hours later we were on our way to our honeymoon in Mexico after partying with all of our friends and family.
