Alexander POV:

Three hours, three long, agonizing hours, and Elizabeth hasn't come to the house yet. All the boys are worried, and so am I.

Sitting in the living room with my most trusted man and best friend, I looked at their confused faces before clearing my throat.

"I'm sorry for disturbing you all this evening, but my daughter, Elizabeth, is missing again," I stated while my eyes were glued to the ground.

I heard them quietly mumble and ask questions, but none said anything.

"When did you last see her?" Michael, my best friend, asked me while cocking his head to the side.

"She left during dinner time, and she asked me if we were all in the mafia, which was confusing because none of us has said anything related to it," I replied to him.

He nodded slowly before running his hand over his hair.

"I think she went to the woods. Eli doesn't have many friends, and the only one she has, which is Anna, said she hasn't seen her," Zack said while looking around the room.

His friends were also present here; they work under me, well, except Austin, since his dad also owns his mafia.

I nodded, still in thought, before looking at the window. The sun was going down, which means it's going to be dangerous for her to be left alone.

I stood up, making all my men and sons look at me.

"Come on, let's go check if she's there. If anyone sees her, no one should yell at her or make any problems, got it?" I said, looking directly at everyone.

After getting a lot of nods and "Got it, sir," we all walked out of the door in search of my daughter.

8 minutes later:

We have been walking for 8 minutes now, voices all over the woods calling out for Elizabeth.

"Elizabeth, sweetie, I promise I'm not mad at you. Can you please just come out?" I pleaded into the quiet air but got nothing but animal sounds.

"What if she was taken?" Mikey said but got no answer.

No one wants to think of that; we all know how sad we would be again if she were taken from us.

"DAD, I FOUND HER!" I heard one of my sons yell.

Snapping my head in the direction of the voice, I saw a sleeping Eli in Zack's arms.

We all rushed to them; I could see my men coming too.

"Where did you find her?" Mikey questioned out of breath.

He turned to the old wood house where their mom used to stay during her quiet time.

I let out a breath of relief that she was okay before taking her from his arms.

With that, we walked towards the house, with thoughts clouding my mind.
