Bulma did not want Kon to stay dead, no matter what. She hired a team of workers to collect the Dragon Balls and when she did, she wished Kon back to life and wished for him to be teleported back to Capsule Corp, which he did.
--Kon's POV--
I felt a warmth in my body and in a blink of an eye, I was standing in front of where I live. Capsule Corporation.
"What am I doing here?" I said to myself.
"I brought you here." A familiar voice said from behind me. I turned around and saw Bulma.
"You did? Why would you-" I said but got interrupted.
"I brought you back because I can't stand you being dead! It's like a part of me is missing! Trunks hasn't been the same since you've died and you think I'm just gonna let that happen?! Well think again, Mister!!" Bulma shouted at me with tears in her eyes. I gotta admit, anytime Bulma gets angry it's really scary.
"I'm sorry. It's just safer without me around." I said and Bulma walked up to me.
"Don't you get it? It's safer with you around." Bulma said as he hugged me.
"I'm sorry, Bulma." I said as I began to tear up.
"Just.. Don't die on me again, okay?" She said as she let go of the hug.
"Okay." I said and we went inside where I got to see my son.

Kon's alive again and with that, he eventually begins training again. He unlocks what is known as SSJ2 (Super Saiyan 2) with ease. But eventually is able to achieve SSJ3 but keeps it under wraps.
The 7 years go by before the Buu Saga. Baby Trunks grows to be a 8 year old boy, Chi-Chi gave birth to Goten who is 7 years old and a spitting image of Goku. Gohan's a 16 year old who is about to start highschool. Kon spends a lot of time with Chi-Chi, Goten and Gohan since Goku's still with King Kai. Chi-Chi kept his wish unlike Bulma.
Bulma and Kon get married a year into the 7 year gap.
Krillin and Android 18 get married and have a daughter, Maron.
The rest of the Z-Fighters do their own thing. Vegeta is present for sparring with Kon occasionally but he's not around much. Except one time while they were sparring, Vegeta told Kon about a rumor he heard while on Planet Vegeta. Kon is actually Goku's older brother. Half brother technically as Bardock had a baby with Fasha before having Goku. Bardock ended up giving baby Kon to an estranged brother as he didn't want Gine to know.
Every one is happy and everything is peaceful.
