Ao'nung, Tuk, and I all gasped and coughed as the net pulled us from underneath the water onto the ship.
We all struggled to get out of the net as we were pulled onto the deck. When the net hit the ground, I yanked it off me. Drawing my dagger as the army dogs in their fake Avatars surrounded us. I hissed, holding my dagger out and stood protectively in front of Ao'nung and Tuk, who were struggling to get out of the net.
I quickly noticed that Lo'ak and Tsireya had also been captured and were cuffed to the rails of the ship. Then I heard Tuk scream and whipped my head around. A male avatar army dog had grabbed her by the arm, throwing her knife away.
"Drop the weapon! Put it down!" The army dog said to me
He roughly held Tuk's arms back which made me angrier. I hissed again, lunging at him and biting his other arm. He shouted in agony, throwing me off as his grip on only Tuk got tighter.
I quickly turned around as two more came towards me. Pushing backwards with my knife as my heart raced, I tried to escape. They reached their hands out to grab me, but before they could Ao'nung slid under one of the avatar's legs. Stabbing it with his dagger, he turned over and crouched on top of me. He hissed fiercely at them, holding the bloodied dagger out as his tail swung angrily and covered me with his other arm.
"BACK OFF!" He snarled
The avatars looked at him with fear in their eyes as Lo'ak, Tsireya, and Tuk, cheered from where they were cuffed.
As more avatars came to help, we both got on our feet facing them down. I lunged forward at the one closest to me. Swinging my knife again but this time he caught my hand. Pinning me down with his foot in my back and holding my arms. Making me hiss in pain.
"Stay down!" He yelled at me
"AYDEN!" Ao'nung shouted
Ao'nung started towards me but was immediately held back by two different Avatars. One holding him by his arms as the other threw away the knife from his hand.
"YOU LET HIM GO!" I snarled at the avatars holding him, struggling against my own
I then heard a commotion, turning my head I saw Spider running down the stairs onto the dock but was quickly held back by the crew.
