Tuk bounced on the springy pathway behind Tsireya who cheerfully led us towards our new house. Her tail swinging back and forth behind her.
"Tuk let's go" Kiri said to Tuk who had stopped to look at one of the sea animals
"This way" Tsireya said to us
Neteyam and Lo'ak followed behind Tuk, as Kiri, Roxto, Ao'nung, and I followed behind them, with Jake and Neytiri in the back. Roxto and Kiri conversed lightly as they carried some of our things, Neteyam watched Lo'ak who was staring at Tsireya, and Ao'nung who had refused to let me carry anything, kept staring at me.
I walked nervously, not looking at Ao'nung in shame and fear of what he might be thinking. When we arrived to our house, Tsireya, Roxto, and Ao'nung set our things that they carried down.
"This is for you" Tsireya said to Jake
"Yeah this'll work, right?" Jake said to us
Neteyam and Lo'ak stood holding their things as they looked at our new home, Tuk held Neteyam's hand, Kiri stood with me, and Neytiri immediately dropped what she was holding as her jaw dropped in disgust. Ao'nung, Roxto, and Tsireya left us with our things shortly after, Ao'nung stealing an extra glance at me before he left.
Jake then walked into the hut and knelt down, Neytiri next to him.
"Okay, Sullys Fall in" he said to us as we sat in a circle
"Remember, family meeting" Neteyam said to Lo'ak and I, pulling Lo'ak down
"Come on take a knee" Jake said to the rest of us and we kneeled
"Kiri" Neytiri said to Kiri who was still standing
"What?" Kiri huffed, sitting down crossing her arms

Kiri looked how I felt, exhausted. Tuk sat next to Jake, Lo'ak and Netyam sat next to each other, and I sat In between Tuk and Lo'ak.

"Ok listen, I need you kids on your best behavior. I mean it. Learn fast, pull your weight, don't cause trouble, got it?" He said looking solely at Lo'ak
I gave Jake a side eye, he always treated Lo'ak and I the harshest out of all of us even though half the time, Lo was just trying to prove himself. I didn't like it whatsoever and Jake knew it. Which is why when I was around he treated Lo'ak somewhat nicer.
"Yes sir" Lo'ak half mumbled and then hissed at Neteyam who playfully grabbed the back of his neck.
"I want to go home" Tuk started to cry

"Oh tuk" Neytiri said looking at her gently
Jake wiped the tears from Tuk's face and spoke softly. I looked at Lo'ak who's face held the same expression. We both dearly missed the forest as well, but we were too old to cry about it.
"Tuk, this is our home now." He said taking her hand
"Now, we're going to get through this if we have each other's backs" Jake said to the rest of us
"What does your father always say children?" Neytiri asked us

"Sully's stick together" We mumbled
"Good now again with some feeling." Jake said
"Sully's stick together" We all said with fake cheeriness
"Dismissed" Jake said to us as Lo'ak and I were the first to scramble out
