The pack hadn't taken it well when they heard that Stiles had left the state. Sure they had kicked him to the curb, well, Scott did that, but they never wanted to LOSE him. They thought maybe Scott kicking him out might teach him a little responsibility and he'd be able to come right back. But he had left them. And he never said goodbye.

Despite the devastating loss of a friend and pack- er, ex-pack member, the Hale-McCall pack trekked on. They had heard of a new pack popping up in New York. Then they heard the pack had people from all over the states and they were constantly moving and the families of the pack members had to all find homes in Pennsylvania, where they finally settled. As far as they knew, two pack members weren't even from the U.S., but had been in New York when they came across the newly forming pack and decided to join.

Apparently, the alpha of this pack is supposed to be a hybrid, which earned him or her the nickname "The Alpha Spark". The Hale-McCall pack wasn't worried about this new pack because they weren't anywhere near Beacon Hills, but they did get nervous anytime anyone brought them up. The new pack had earned quite a reputation in such a short couple months. They've taken down another alpha pack, they have a demon and many hybrids or chimeras in their pack, they have control over most supernatural creatures in Pennsylvania through fear alone, and according to the most recent rumor, they're all insanely hot. That last one wasn't scary, but it was intimidating and kinda cool.

The pack still wasn't worried about this new pack though. They believed they could take them if they ever got to close to Beacon Hills. They've stopped the ghost riders, an alpha pack, they have a chimera, a banshee, a true alpha, another alpha, and pretty large numbers. Seriously, they're a huge pack. But... so was the new pack. At least it was sorta even. Besides, they would put money on it that no one in this new pack even knew what a nogitsune was. Trust them, the Hale-McCall pack was not a force to be reckoned with.

After four months, Stiles had built a name for himself. He became a werewolf, and killed the one that bit him, making him an alpha. Then, he procured a pack and a reputation. He was now the ruthless, elusive, insanely attractive, but fun and witty alpha spark. He had 10 pack members under his command, and they were a better family to him than his old pack had ever been.

You had the identical twins Mike and Richie, a spark and a demon, though both born human. The non-identical twins Zuku and Shouyou, beta wolves and second in command's who were loyal to the death. Elena, the succubus/vampire hybrid who practically worshipped the ground Stiles walked on.  Ian, the kanima/beta wolf chimera with a dark side. Sabrina, a half-witch with something to prove. Syd, a witch/beta wolf hybrid formerly known as Bev. And lastly, Merlin, destined to be the most powerful warlock ever, but currently a clumsy idiot who you can't help but love. And Stiles was their alpha, a new alpha that surpassed all the old ones in the area.

They were a loving pack and found family. Which made it all the more difficult when Stiles had to pull them from their new homes in Pennsylvania for a mission in his old pack's territory. It's not like he wanted to go back to Beacon Hills, but they needed to find something, a weapon, and it was currently in Stiles' old hunting grounds. Perfect.

So, Stiles took the main pack members and together they traveled to Beacon Hills, California. It wasn't like they'd be there long, only about twenty-four hours. One single day. That's all. Or at least it should've been...

When they got to Beacon Hills they quickly found out that in order to get the weapon, they'd have to find it first. It was buried somewhere within the vast woods and they had to use a tracking spell to find it. Unfortunately, there was only one tracking spell that would work on such a weapon, and they had to figure out how to translate it first. So they were gonna be there a while.

"Alright, listen up! I bought this beautiful loft for all of us to SHARE. So stop trying to tear each other apart over space issues. Tough through it, if we're lucky, we'll only be here a week.", Stiles announced to his pack. "Sti, are you sure you're gonna be okay? What if we run into your old pack?", Elena asked. "I'll be fine Elena. Don't worry about me and go call Damon. I bet he wants to know how you're settling in.", Stiles replied. She gave him a worried glance as she reluctantly headed up the stairs to her room.

Stiles sighed and plopped onto the couch. Truth is, he had no idea what he'd do if he saw his old pack. He has this reputation now, and he had to uphold it, but how is he supposed to be ruthless and badass when his old pack that kicked him out is staring him in the face? This was gonna be a long week. Hopefully it's not longer than that...

The two sets of twins stayed in 1 room with bunk beds, the three girls stayed in a room together with small, cozy beds for each of them, and Merlin, Ian, and Stiles had a room together with Stiles having the biggest bed. Stiles felt bad because his pack's significant others were all back home in Pennsylvania. But he also was jealous that they had relationships when he didn't. He hadn't been able to bring himself to date someone since his heart was broken by Derek Hale.

Well... Derek didn't do it on purpose. But he didn't exactly stick up for Stiles when Scott kicked him out of the pack, and he's the other alpha. The only one with a right to go against Scott. But he didn't. So Stiles left. He couldn't deal with the pitying glances Derek gave him or the thought of Derek betraying him.

At least Stiles had a new pack now, a new family.

The first day of waking up in Beacon Hills was an odd one for the Stilinski pack. They had to buy breakfast from Mcdonald's since they hadn't gone grocery shopping, and then they went straight to the library to start translating the tracking spell. What they didn't anticipate was for the Hale-McCall pack to be there.

Luckily, Stiles had a hood on and his scent blocked. Unluckily, one of his old pack members, Jackson, noticed the alchemist symbol for mercury tattooed on Stiles' hand (image at the bottom). So now they knew it was the Alpha Spark, but they didn't know it was Stiles. They symbol was known as their pack symbol to honor the death of Stiles' great grandfather, who died of mercury poisoning. Not that the Hale-McCall pack knew that, but they did know the symbol meant that the Alpha Spark and his pack was in town.
