YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

You are not alone.

"Sorry, sorry, sorry," she repeated.

Today, as I was about to enter a shuttle going to Ojota, I hit my head at the entrance just as I was climbing in. immediately, I felt frustrated again. My wig removed and it annoyed the hell out of me. I cried to sleep yesterday and I tried to make myself think positively but hitting my head happened with how bad my night was yesterday. I almost cried again. I felt exhausted for having so much to deal with. After the chorused 'sorry' I heard. One woman kept on saying... "Sorry," she said again, "Sorry," she kept on saying for a while. Listening to her voice just made me feel loved. Made me feel I wasn't embarrassed or being stupid for something I think I could avoid. Her voice made me feel someone cares for me. There were many people in the shuttle, but she was the only one who kept on saying sorry till I wore my wig and face cap back.

I looked up after I was done and poured out all my love to the woman. I felt better. I became calm and my mood changed from being frustrated to being loved."Thank you," I said to the woman.

Then I immediately thought about it... God what just happened to me? Then I heard...You are not alone Yewande.

Those people you expect to hold your hands might not do so, but God will raise strangers for you. God will raise men who will remember you during that situation. It might be for a very short time, but God will have to do what he has to do to make you realise he is with you, and that you are one of his beloved daughter and son.

I don't know what you are going through right now, but I'm just like that woman telling you. "Please be fine. Sorry dear, you sincerely going to get through it because you are not alone. Who says it's easy? But who knows what's at the other side if we do not give up. It will all be over. You will smile just as you want to. You will graduate just as you want to. You will get the admission into the place where God's eyes and his people can watch you. You will get a job where you will enjoy God's peace and be loved. You will be fine. It will get better. it's coming late because God wants to give you the best. You are alive, and that's a reason for you to know it's not over yet."

Someone you don't expect might be the one holding your hands. Take it and let you heart be positive and be hopeful again. God sent that stranger. I feel refreshed, and I hope I'm able to do so to someone today.

Have a blessed day.
