TAG, YOU'RE IT

CHAPTER 7

"Hey baby" Hope smiles as she greets her fiance by the door and kisses him.

Brad stares at his fiance and his heart starts to shatter.

The killer will come after him and he might not be alive to see his son.

His eyes get teary which Hope quickly notices.

"Are you okay?" She asks.

"I Love you, I Love you so so much... I would give the world for you" Brad tries to smile.

"Babe, what's wrong?" Hope looks at him with concern.

"I am horrible person, and I'm going to pay for it" Brad starts to cry.

"Horrible person? What do you mean?"

Brad takes Hope to the couch and they both take a seat.

Brad takes a deep breath as he looks at Hope's eyes.

He doesn't want his son to know who he was back in Highschool.

And most definitely he doesn't want his son to grow just like him.

He has done so many mistakes in his life, one being unforgivable, but his son is his only hope.

He wants to make sure that he will raise his son opposite from him.

And with the killer on the loose, his only option is his fiance.

He might die before even meeting his son at least he's gonna die peacefully knowing his son won't be like him.

"Baby, When I was in Highschool... My friends and I we... Took advantage of this girl" He takes his fiance's hand and holds it tight.

"What did you do?" Hope's heart starts to beat fast, her eyes watery as she waits for her fiance to answer.

She is nervous, because she doesn't want to believe her husband is a horrible person.

"We bullied her" Brad cries as he lies to his fiance's face.

What is he supposed to say? That he got a girl drunk, had sex with her without her consent and left her naked in the woods?

That's fucked up.

He feels so fucked up for what he did.

"Baby... We all do some horrible shits in the past but we're trying to get better" Hope smiles at him.

Brad cries as he touches Hope's cheek.
"I love you" He tries to smile.

"I love you too" She chuckles as she wipes Brad's tears.

Hope takes her phone and plays some music on the speakers.

It's a song called In The Stars by Benson Boone.

Hope stands up and extends her hand at Brad.

Brad takes a deep breath as he takes her hand and joins her in dancing in the middle of their living room.

Knowing that Brad is gonna be killed by the killer.

Brad takes the opportunity to hug his fiance tight.

He hugs her as they sway to the slow beat of the music.

He could not let go of his fiance, he could not let go of the person that he loves the most.

His whole world.

He closes his eyes as he feels her head resting on his chest.

"I Love you Hope"
