Just A Kid

Confrontation

    The group was finally back together! Kara, Alex, Winn, Maggie, Sam, Nia, Kenny, Callen, and.. Wait.. Where's Lena? Oh, right, she's hanging out with her stupid new friend.

  "I can't believe Lena stood us up." Alex scoffed.

   "She could still come." Kara mumbled, looking down at the carpet as the whole group sat in a circle on the floor.

  "Kar... She was supposed be here 3 hours ago, she's not coming." 

   "You don't know that. I'm going to call her again." Kara said, pulling her phone out. Alex sighed in defeat, knowing that Lena hadn't picked up the other three calls.

  "Hello?"

  "Lena!" Kara smiled, giving Alex a cocky smile in return.

  "Kara.." Lena paused. "What's up?"

    "Just wondering when you're going to get here!" Kara said.

  "Get there..? We don't have any- oh. Oh no... Oh Kara.. I'm so sorry. I totally forgot. I cant make it tonight. I'm out with Veronica."
 
  "Oh, that's okay! I understand. I'll see you some other time then." Kara frowned.

  "Yeah, soon! Bye, Kar. I have to go." Lena ended the call before Kara could even respond. Kara unconsciously crushed the phone in her hand.

  "Her mom isn't letting her come. She said another time." Kara cleared her throat, dropping the broken phone in the trash can behind her.

"Are you okay?" Winn asked.

"I'm fine." She forced a smile. "Let's just play the game, okay?"

"Alright." Alex cleared her throat. "Sam, truth or dare?"

"Truth." Sam said.

"When was your last relationship?" Alex asked. Sam let her jaw hang slightly.

"Well I'm in one right now.." Sam replied.

"What?!" Maggie exclaimed.

"Since when?!" Nia asked.

"A month and a half now. But I will not be answering any other questions, okay? That's all you get for now."

"Ugh, fine." Alex frowned.

"Winn, truth or dare?"

"Truth." He said.

"What's the longest period of time you've gone without showering?" She asked.

"Probably like a week." He shrugged.

"Gross." Maggie said.

"A week isn't that bad!" Winn defended.

"That's true, I went 24 years once." Kara said.

"What?!" The group exclaimed.
