Chapter 8: Dinner with the Mystery Man, and an Argument! (Cameron's p.o.v.)

I may be mad at my brother. But it's been like an hour. And he's still in his room. So I want to know what's wrong with him. But I know that if I go and ask, he will just get mad at me. So I don't want that. I sighed. What do I do?

"Aw man, I'm hungry." James said to himself. "What about you guys?" He asked them. "And girl." He added for me.

"I could do with some food." Carlos said rubbing his stomach.

    Me and Kendall nodded.

    "Who's making?" Carlos asked.

I stared at him. "For me? It's who ever asks." I smiled at him.

"Uh, yeah. You don't want that." Kendall said. James nodded in agreement.

    "Why?" I asked them.

" 'Cause, I'm a bad cook." Carlos admitted.

"Oh." Was all I could say, looking down.

How can someone be a bad cook? I mentally shook my head. Don't think I want to know.

I looked up, and noticed they were all staring at me.

    "What?" I asked.

"We haven't had a girl cook in a long time." Carlos said.

    "What does that mean?"

"It means, could you make some food?" Kendall kinda asked. "Please." He added.

Looking over at James, he just held a huge smile at me. I looked down again.

    "I guess, I could."

    "Yes!" Carlos exclaimed.

"What would you want?" I asked.

After about ten minutes of them trying to figure out what they wanted and failed, I just ended up making whatever I found.

Dinner turned out to be pasta with chicken in it, and a salad. It was easy. And simple. Not to mention I had three pairs of eyes watching my every move. Every now and then Carlos, or James would hover over me, and watch. Sometimes even Kendall did it too. It was very nerve racking.

When the food was done, they even helped and grabbed some of the dishes and stuff. They even set them out on the breakfast bar instead of the table. Which I thought was a little weird, but hey, they are weird.

"Hey, maybe I should go and give Logan some food?" I said.

James' eyes went wide. "I wouldn't do that."

"I made you guys food, the least I can do is give him some too. And you can't tell me what to do."

"Yeah, but-" he stopped mid sentence, 'cause I was glaring at him.

"You can. But, how about you just wait till we are done first?" Kendall asked.

I thought about it. Then shook my head, and sat down.

James ended up sitting to my right, and Kendall to my left, and Carlos to his left.

Dinner had a little bit of small talk but not much. We all had stuff on our minds.

For me, I had a few things. Things that happened months ago, and things that happened a day ago.

Lets see, a day ago, I got here. Things happened. Logan driving like a maniac. Me finding out a huge secret that was kept from me. Me freaking out over dogs. Dogs.... led me to crying on my brother. I feel asleep, and someone brought me to my bed. Who was it?
