Chapter 12: Surprise! (Cameron's p.o.v.)

"Yeah, I mean why would I like my brother? That's just wrong and disgusting." I told them.

    "Brother." Kendall finally spoke.

    "Yeah, brother."

At that moment all three of them spit out there drinks. And started choking.

Me, I was laughing so hard.

Logan, on the other hand, had gone red and was non responsive.

"Wait, so Logan is your brother?" Kendall asked.

"Uh, yeah." I said as if it was obvious.

"He... he's your brother." Carlos said.

    "Twin." I said.

"What!" The three of them said.

"You heard me. I said he's my twin brother." I said smiling.

I noticed Kendall, then turn red and slowly sink back into his chair.

James and Carlos were wide eyed.

And Logan well. He was still the same, just that he was looking down at the table. Not wanting to look at anyone.

"So.... I take it you guys didn't know." I told them.

"No." James answered for the three of them.

"I see. Surprise." I said shrugging my shoulders.

"Oh, surprise all right." Kendall muttered, sitting back up. Though he still was looking down. Hand in lap, and other propping his head up while his elbow rested on the table.

Logan was still not talking. The only difference, he now hid his face in his hands.

Carlos and James were, I guess still a little confused or something. There eye's slightly wide, but not as much. They mostly held a vacant expression.

You know, now that they know the truth, I feel bad. I mean, there friend had lied to them for years. Now some girl comes along and tells them that she's his sister. And no one ever said anything before hand.

"So you never decided to tell us!" Carlos now getting mad.

"No." I heard my brother mutter.

"And why not?" James stepped in.

    "I don't know."

I butted in, before things got bad. "Guys look. It's not all his fault. Okay."

"It's not?" James glared at me.

"We had our problems. Obviously you've guys noticed that. And before he left, we didn't get along at all. We hardly spoke for two years, then I went to college and he came here. Five years later, this happens." I told them.

"So what. You expect us to just accept that he lied to us for that long, and get away with it." Carlos said.

    "No, but-"

    "Exactly." James said.

"Just listen, alright. I know it wasn't a good idea that he lied to you, but at the time he didn't want a sister. He thought moving here was a new start. That way he didn't have me. And not telling you guys about me was because of that. If you would of known, you would've been Logan were's your sister, I want to meet her. Bring her here, blah, blah, blah. So, he didn't. Now, hopefully you don't stay mad at him forever. And... well... I'm not good at this... just, don't do what you're thinking. Okay?" I told them. Hoping they'll listen to me.
