Chapter 13: 'What Happened?' (Cameron's p.o.v.)

He leaned in and kissed me. It was more him, swimming closer and then kissing me.

The thing is, I kissed him back this time.

I've kinda had a crush on him since I met him. Then he kisses me one day and ignores me the next. Now this. Hope he doesn't go and ignore me again.

I continued to kiss him back, then stopped, and surfaced to catch my breath. He also had surfaced with me. I turned to look at him, and knew I had a wide smile on my face. Then, I could feel the blush coming to my cheeks.

Swimming to the edge, I stopped and just stood there with my hands on the edge.

I kissed him.

He kissed me.

I..... I.....don't know what to do. It's...

At that moment I heard the back door slam closed. Looking over, I noticed that my brother was now inside. Looking over to where Carlos was, I saw that his eyes were wide, but a small smile creeping up on his face.

What?

Carlos' look then turned to horror as he just realized something.

What is thinking about?

"Carlos?" I said.

"Oh shit." Was all he said.

"What's up with Carlos?" Kendall said right next to me.

"I... don't know?"

As soon as I said that, I then heard the motorcycle rev-up and it leaving.

Uh.... what just happened?

"Oh shit." Carlos said again. And I gave him a weird look.

"Oh, no." Kendall then said.

I turned to look at him. What?

"What?" I asked, tentatively.

"I think, he saw."

"Saw what?" I asked.

"YOU GUYS KISS!" Carlos then yelled.

Oh.... that......

"Is that bad?" I asked.

"Bad? You think it's not?" Carlos then said.

"No, should it be? I mean, I'm aloud to do what ever I want. He's not my boss."

"Yes, but you yourself said that he was your 'big' brother. So, it gives him kinda of a right to think who, and who not, you should be with." Carlos said.

"Yeah, but.... he's never had a say. Not even we lived together." I told them. "Why would he all of a sudden want to now?"

"Me." Kendall said.

"You? What does that have to do with anything. It would make it better right. 'Cause then he knows you."

"Picture it his way." Carlos said. "If you were him, would you want your sister to be with one of your closest friends?"

I thought about it. And well, he had a point. But he still shouldn't get mad over it. Right?

"I guess your right. But. I still don't get it." I said then sighed.

Well there goes, my high from the kiss.

We were all sitting in the living room watching a movie, after we got out of the pool. James even came out and started to watch it with us. To tell you the truth, I have no idea what we are watching. Carlos picked it out. Kendall then agreed that we should watch it. James came out and asked what we were watching, they told him and he soon found him self a spot and relaxed. They asked if I've ever seen it. I told them no, and they all gave me this stare. Like it was the worst possible thing ever. I'll never get that image put of my head.
