Michael's POV

Please listen to the song "Disturbia"- by Rhianna for this chapter.

"Why are we here again?" I look to Ashton for an answer because coming to the club was all his idea.

"I told you already. We need to relax now because soon we are going to be busy finding Lorenzo again because I am sure he left town after he saw you guys at the cafe. He knows we are after him." Ashton walked beside me as he spoke. His hands were in his pockets which means he must not be worried about anything because he is usually always watching his back and ours.

"Yeah, I guess you're right." I trailed off as we entered the club. Apparently, when Ash looked at the website of the club tonight was listed as a 2000s throwback so when we walked in they were playing Dynamite by Taio Cruz and everyone was on the dance floor. I have never seen this place this crowded, but to be fair we don't really get out much other than missions for the gang. This was the most important mission we have ever been given by Irwin so Ashton insisted that we have fun tonight so we can go into this with no distractions and a clear mindset.

"I don't know about you guys but I'm getting drunk off my ass tonight." Luke yelled, interrupting my thoughts. He passed in front of me to go to the bar and we all just let out laughs shaking our heads.

"Before you two go off as well. Remember not to let your guards completely down, yes, we are in a very public area but we are still a part of something bigger than most of the people here and you never know who is watching." Ashton yelled over the loud music filling the club.

"Ash we know! We've been doing this with you since we were teenagers! Now if you're done giving us a safety talk I would like to go find a hot girl to dance with!" Calum didn't even let Ashton respond before he headed to the dance floor. Leave it to Calum to act drunk before even having a sip of any alcohol. But at least he's having fun.

"Tequila on the rocks." I said to the bartender.

Turning to look out into the sea of bodies it's something I've picked up on during my time with Irwin. You can learn a lot about a person from their body language. Like if they are lying, attracted to you, dislike you just about anything really. Taking a drink of my drink feeling the burn of the alcohol, as it went down. I was left by myself and I'm pretty sure all the others went their own way as well. The barstool was getting uncomfortable so I decided to stand up and lean against the bar as I continued to sip on my drink. It might sound ridiculous but my idea of relaxing is people-watching at a really crowded club. I just find it amusing watching people make a fool of themselves in front of their friends and dancing.

I start to scan the crowd on the dance floor to see if anything interesting is happening. My eyes meet the guys a couple of times each of them talking to different people, Luke of course with who I now know as his girlfriend Sierra. Ashton and Calum are both with some random girls who are all over them but they don't seem to mind at all. I let my eyes wander once more but one figure stood out in the cluster of people and I froze while bringing my glass to my lips.

Seeing the familiar dark hair with the bright red lips she always wore, as she looked up meeting my gaze.

No more gas, in the red, can't even get it started

The lights turn to a red tone, as the bass booms through the building feeling the buzz of the speakers under my feet. Moving down the stairs seeing her moving closer, but making sure to not make it too obvious.

"All my life on my head, don't wanna talk about it"

Looking up to look over the crowd seeing Calum looking at me with a smirk on his face, as he looks down for a second before he raises his phone and I can see what he has typed. Shaking my head, before flipping him off, as the words "that's my boy" were typed out in big bold letters to where I could see them from his place on the couch next to the stairs. Letting out a chuckle looking back to Amore seeing her lean against the bar smirking at me, as she obviously had seen what Calum had written to me.

"It's a thief in the night to come and grab, it can creep inside and consume you. A disease in the mind, it can control you. It's too close for comfort"

I start walking towards her again and she still doesn't move from her spot by the bar. I take this as a sign that she wants this as much as I do. The flashing lights get more intense as the chorus of the song plays and I silently thank the DJ at this moment for playing a sexy song because this would be really awkward if I was walking towards her to the song Cupid's Shuffle or something.

Before I know it I'm standing in front of the last person I know Ashton would want me to be with but right now I honestly don't give a fuck.

"Look who crawled out of the devil's ass." Amore looks up from her hands tapping on the bar and looks at me with playful eyes.

"Didn't think I would see you here tonight. Why are you here?" I ask since I remember places like this weren't really here.

"None of your concern." She looks back down again and this makes me more curious to find out why she is here.

"Your minds in Disturbia it's like darkness in the light"

A silence falls over us but it doesn't last long before Amore decides to speak.

"Well, are you just going to stand there all night or are you going to do something?"

Her words catch me off guard but I still don't hesitate closing the distance between us. Moving my hand up into her hair tangling itself into the long locks and hearing the faint gasp come from her. Making a small smirk make its way onto my face, as my other hand slowly follows the curve of her waist feeling the seat of the stool behind her. Suddenly, I picked her up and placed her on the stool, as if it was a reflex. Amore wrapped her long legs around me so she wouldn't fall.

"Faded pictures on the wall, it's like they are talking to me. Disconnected, no one call. I gotta figure this shit out. It's too close to comfort"

Pulling Amore closer to me pushing myself into her, as she lets out a shaky breath.

"I thought no one could get to you, sweetheart? Or am I wrong because to me it sounds like I'm getting to you Mi Amore" I say moving down leaving kisses continuing down her neck.

Feeling someone roughly pulling me from Amore looking up to see Luke behind me with a cautious look in his eyes knowing something wasn't right.

"Mike we got to move. Now."

Looking back at Amore seeing the confusion as to what was going on, but that wasn't a question I, myself could even answer. Suddenly the sound of gunshots rang throughout the building making me grab Amore and run knowing if we stayed to see the face behind the gun it wouldn't end well.

After running for what felt like forever we finally met up with the others as we have always had a place we would go to if the group got split up during a mission. Leaning down to catch my breath, as my lungs felt as if they were on fire, before hearing Ashton's voice come over the group.

"What the fuck is she doing here?"

"Shit"
