Light streaked across the sewer floor as you felt the giant turtle stirring beneath you. Smiling, your hands reached up and grabbed his chin. You caressed him and waited for his eyes to open. Another idiotic idea had crossed your mind and wouldn't go away.
The mutant's eyelids popped open angrily and he blinked swiftly a few times, trying to focus on what was happening. Before he could push you away your lips were on his.
The mutant's pupils dilated and his cheeks got a dusted red hue to them. He was taken aback.
You couldn't help but nervously smile and look down at the ground. Your nerves were taking over again.
"Thank you for hugging me Raph." You said softly. He had a flustered look on his face. Grabbing you, he began to hold you again. This time you were being carried as he walked toward the lair.
"Don't mention it." He hissed. "I mean it. Do not ever mention this to anyone, not even Leo." He gave you a cold, stern stare.
You silently agreed. He stared at the area ahead of him and kept quiet.
The two of you rounded the corner, entering the home-like layer. Mikey was near the front playing his video games again, spilling popcorn onto the couch. Donnie was actually out of his lab for once and reading a book by the kitchen. Leo wasn't anywhere in sight, but he was probably around.
"You're back!" Mikey exclaimed, tossing his controller aimlessly onto the table. His arms wrapped around you after Raph set you down carefully. "We were getting so worried until Raph called. He said you were spending the night at Casey's since the maintenance crew was blocking the manhole." The hotheaded turtle obviously hadn't thought much into this excuse as there were obviously many manholes you could have taken alternatively. Leo was probably already jumping to conclusions about what really went down.
You just put on a smile and nodded. Walking to Donnie, you stared at him for a bit until he noticed your presence and put the book down. "Hey (Y/N), welcome back!"
Motioning to his lab, which was soundproof, you silently asked him to talk. He understood and pretended to be showing you some science stuff for a project.
Once you two entered, he pointed at a chair. Sitting on it was nice since it had comfy cushions and a soft material.
"So, what's up?" He asked politely.
His eyes widened in shock as you told him the events of the last twenty-four hours, starting with how you and Raph had met Casey.
