There was once a young spy, in training to pursue his own dreaming of running his own agency one day.
One day, he finally got this chance to let cartoon characters get their own chance of fighting crime.
This young spy?
His name was Perry, Perry the Platypus.
Perry finally was sent on his own mission to gather cartoon characters, letting them train to become agents and secretly fight crime while living their normal lives.
Of course, all was dandy for a couple of years, until one morning.
The first even human who wasn't cartoon stumbled upon the agency.
His name was Ryan, Ryan Higa.
Ever since Ryan was able to get Perry to let him train to become one of the agents, he was allowed to tell some of his YouTube friends to join.
Now with both cartoons and YouTubers training at the agency, it was time for a name change.
Perry renamed his agency from Cartoon Field to Cartoon/YouTube Force.
And it has been like that ever since.
