Beep

"Yes?"

"Perry, it's me, Ian, we found Beetle Fight."

"That's great! Where's he at?"

"Bout to kick Anthony's butt at the shop he's at."

"Crap."

~

The shop was silent and still.

Neither Anthony or Beetle moved a muscle.

"Who are you?"

"I can't believe you haven't heard of me, I'm your worst nightmare, Padilla."

"Just say who you are."

"The name's Beetle Fight, master of fight."

This was something Anthony never predicted.

"How did you find me?"

"Simple, tracked you down."

Suddenly, Beetle disappeared, and then came back, in the exact spot he was in before.

"Look down at your ankle, Padilla."

Anthony peered down at the device trapped on his foot.

When he looked up, Beetle was gone.

~

"We can't go out there and protect Anthony! We'll be helping Beetle!" Dodger said.

"He has to fight on his own until we can somehow get disguises." Agent P concluded.

~

Anthony pulled at the tracker tightly strapped and glued to his ankle.

During this, the man running the shop came out of his hiding spot.

"What's going on? Are you alright?"

"I'm fine." Anthony said looking at the tracker, "And I can't tell you what."

"Please tell me, I can call the police and help you. Did he hurt your foot? Did he..."

"I'm fine." Anthony said getting up, "Don't call the police and don't worry about my ankle."

Then he left.

~

"Ian! Twi! Can one of you come in?"

"Yep! I'm here! What's up man?" Ian said.

Anthony was running through the streets to see if maybe he could find his lair.

"Can you track down Beetle Fight? I'm trying to find him."

"Got it!"

Quickly, Ian tracked down Beetle and gave Anthony directions.

"He's to your right!" Ian called.

Anthony turned his head and was almost shot.

"Who's on the phone?" Beetle asked.

"No one." Anthony replied.

Beetle quickly walked up to him.

"Listen up Padilla, there's this secret I need to tell you."

"What?"

"That's not a tracker." Beetle said pointing to Anthony's ankle.

Anthony peered down at his ankle, "Then what is it?"

"I won't tell, but look at it good Padilla and you'll know."

Anthony looked back at his ankle still wondering what it could be.

But one of the number one rules of being an agent or a Lair-Runner is to never trust a villain.

It was probably just a tracker.

Maybe Beetle was tricking him.

But after thinking this, the world went black.

For Anthony didn't know what had happened after that.
