Chapter 15: New York

Agent P woke up not knowing where he was.

"Perry! Look underneath you!"

Agent P turned to his feet, for there was nothing, except for a dock and ocean.

Also, he realized that his fedora was gone.

"Dude!" said a voice, "You're just tied up against the Statue of Liberty. I promise I'll get you down soon!"

"What!?" Agent P cried as he looked above him to see the familiar face of Anthony.

For some reason, he wasn't wearing bandages anymore, but the thing was still tightly tied against his ankle. Also, he was holding some type of dart, for that must've been what he was shot with.

Anthony was carefully making his way down to Agent P, almost slipping a couple of times.

Agent P was tied up against the Statue's torch very tightly.

He continued to watch Anthony make his way towards him.

Finally, he arrived.

"How come you didn't get tied up?" Agent P asked as Anthony finally got him loose and gave him his fedora back.

"I don't know, but come on!"

"New York City!"

"Hold on! You're telling me that my best friend and a platypus were captured and left to die in New York City?"

"Well maybe not 'left to die' but yeah, Beetle did bring them there."

Ian and Twilight had been looking for Anthony and Agent P for a good day now after they had been captured.

Now, Twilight had just found them.

Agent P was beginning to think that now, he just needed to climb down the Statue.

Him and Anthony had been waiting for a good hour after he was freed, wondering if anything would occur.

Like Beetle would pop out of nowhere and attack them.

Or even worse.

At that moment, Agent P finally spoke, "Where do you think the bandages went?"

"Don't know."

"Do you think whoever captured us found a way to heal your wounds?"

"Maybe."

"Alright."

After that, there was a moment of silence.

A quiet silence, not much.

"Let's just head back down to Paris, make sure everyone else is alright and alive."

Every single Lair-Runner was terrified.

Now with Anthony and Agent P in New York, they began to believe Beetle could track them.

Which meant doom for everyone.

Twilight and Ian were trying to get Rainbow, Dodger, and Pinkie back to NYC.

Of course, they had to be careful, Beetle could be on their trail.

But that moment was probably something they'd never forget.

Twilight was watching Agent P and Anthony stand still on the Statue as she was telling RD where to go.

For they were having trouble, afraid of Beetle, of course.

Suddenly, there was a scream of terror.

Now they had made the decision of climbing down the Statue.

Besides, if no one noticed them, they were fine!

They began to make a way down the torch as suddenly, someone popped out of nowhere.
