Simone and the Twins were hanging out the whole day with the moments of Finn showing up. He would for about an hour or two until Esther called him back. They were the only five that knew about the whole situation.
It was currently night and the 4 were walking into the grill with the twins close up under Elaine. She looked around to see Kol and Klaus sitting at the bar drinking.
Klaus didn't even look at her, slightly embarrassed from last night.
Kol waved at her and she waved back. She looked around for an empty seat and found one. They went sat down and waited for someone.
Still waiting she saw her kids looking up so she looked up as well to see a blonde girl walking towards Klaus and Kol. Using magic she enhanced her hearing.
"I remember her from last night. She looks like a tasty little thing." Kol says.
Elaine rolls her eyes at his words.
"Say another word and I'll tear out your liver." He says still watching Caroline. "Caroline." He calls out.
"Oh. It's you." She says crossing her arms.
"Join us for a drink?" Klaus asks.
"Mm. I'd rather die of thirst, but thanks." She says leaving.
Klaus leans into Kol. "Isn't she stunning?"
"She certainly looks good walking away from you." He says.
"I'll take that as a challenge." He says leaving out.
Elaine tunes it out after that. She could tell her kids it was a trap but they would have to learn the hard way, especially Klaus.
She looks back up as she hears grunting. She sees a man daggering Kol. She quickly gets up and looks back at them. "Stay here."
She follows the man outside to see Damon and Stefan. She quickly push them off of him and takes the dagger out.
A few seconds later Klaus shows up. "I should have killed you months ago."
"Do it. That's not gonna stop Esther from killing you." Damon reveals.
"What did you say about my mother?" Klaus asks and Elaine rolls her eyes the second time tonight.
"You didn't know I was friends with your mummy? Or better yet with your real mummy?" He says looking at Elaine with the last part.
Elaine glared at him lucky Klaus was to busy stuck on the first sentence.
"Yeah we have a lot in common. She hates you as much as I do. But I can't say the same for Elaine here."
