You were sat on a bench in a park, it was fairly cold for a day in September which explaind the absence of people around, yet the cold morning air was fresh as it hit your face, and as much as the recent news about the announcement of war that was going on, mainly briton and Germany mostly involved at the moment no news that Russia is to involve itself so far, it seems unlikely anyway, no one seems to be worried about it at all here, you weren't either, maybe slightly concerned however you do have the slight tendency to worry over nothing.

"Y/n!"

The footsteps behind you grew closer untill a young man your age had sat down next to you on the bench

The male was dressed in a green jumper with a cream coloured shirt underneath it with a pair of dark brown trousers with dark leather boots

You glanced down at your watch for a second, it was old and worn with a cracking brown leather strap and rust beginning to show on the buckle

" Ты опоздал "
(Your late)

You said it with a tinge of playfulness and a smug look on your face as you then looked back up from the watch

Your wrist was then grabbed by the male as he looked at your watch with a look of concern on his face

"Нет нет нет. он должен работать быстро. я никогда не опаздываю "
(No, no, no. It must run fast. Im never late)

"опоздал на шесть минут, Миша Иванов"
(six minutes late, Misha Ivanov)

There was a sarcastic look in your eyes yet there seemed to be a permanent smirk sat where your lips were

"Давай, используй мое имя и фамилию сейчас, а шесть минут - это чушь собачья."
(Come on, using my first and last name now, and six minutes is bullshit)

His elbow shoved straight into your side playfully

"Я знаю, что ты не злишься на меня Y/n, я вижу твою улыбку
(i know your not mad at me Y/n, i can see your smiling)

He looked directly into your eyes, his were a dark brown, simple no golden flakes in them, they didn't reflect light, they were too straight forward to belong to a man in a book, they weren't simple or boring or plain to you though, they were his, they weren't over complicated, they were soft, honest, safe.

He had hair like a birds nest most of the time, and my God does he look like he always gets dressed in the dark, and always wearing his work boots, it was baffling to you how no matter what he was wearing he still seemed to look pleasant to the eye, of course the women seem to notice this too, he was by all means attractive about 6'4, with dark hair, he was kind and strong, wasnt as much of a reader as you were nor was he any good at school when you attended, but the jobs he had had since then he seemed to be good at, manual labour for those with little knowledge, he would joke whenever he had the chance, he was wrong though, he was smart in the subjects that count the most, not so much the ones at schools but people, he was good with people, he was good at understanding people.

"я знаю, что хорошо выгляжу"
(i know im quite the view)

And that snaped you out of your slight day dream and replacing it with an eye roll

"И скромный тоже"
(And modest too)

Misha then let out an amused laugh

"ты так хорошо меня знаешь
y/n"
(you know me so well y/n)

He said mid laugh

"И все же почему-то я все еще терплю тебя"
(And yet somehow I still endure you)

You looked straight at him with a straight face causing him to do the same, you both stayed completely silent looking directly at each other untill you could see him begin to smile and attempt to hide it causing you to do the same only making him smile more and in turn you aswell untill you were now both laughing at each other

"Какого черта я тебя терплю Иванов"
(Why the hell do I tolerate you Ivanov)

You said it with a funny sense of joy in your voice

"Потому что я знаю, кто ты на самом деле, и ты знаешь, кто я на самом деле."
(Because i know who you really are, and you know who i really am)

By now his arm was half resting on your showlder comfortable as you both sat in a comfortable silence

"как вы думаете, это повлияет на нас"
(do you think it will affect us?)

Misha stayed silent for a second as if trying to work out what you ment

"Что случится"
(do i think what will?)

"война"
(the war)

There was no emotion in your voice, he looked at you kindly whilst you looked straight ahead of you instead of at him, he could see that you were unsure

"как это повлияет на нас"
(How would it affected us?)

"Я не знаю"
(i don't know)

You turned your head to look at him and he watched you kindly, he could sense the uncertainty in your voice

"Y/n, России не место в этой войне, нам не о чем беспокоиться, я не вижу беспокойства"
(y/n, Russia has no place in this war, we will not have anything to worry about, is anyone else worried?)

"..."

"именно, потому что незачем, не позволяйте себе волноваться по пустякам, у нас все будет хорошо"
(exactly, because theres no need to, don't let yourself worry over nothing, everything will be fine with us)

"Да, ты прав"
(yes, your right)

"я знаю, что я всегда прав"
(i know i am, i always am)

This time there was a smirk growing on his face

"не совсем-"
(not quite-)

"да, я всегда прав, у нас все будет хорошо, и однажды ты станешь известным писателем, и мы будем богаты, и мы будем жить в большом доме, и у нас будут горничные и дворецкие, и мы поженимся. . и пойти посмотреть эти причудливые представления и съесть вкусную еду"
(yes i am, im always right, we'll be fine, and one day you'll be a famous writer and we'll be rich, and live in a big house, we'll have maids and butlers and we'll be married and get to go watch those fancy plays and eat fancy foods)

Your head fell against his arm as you looked up at him

"Боже, надеюсь, ты прав, Миша"
(god i hope your right, Misha)

You said back quietly

" Я обещаю, что y/n"
(i promise i am Y/n)
