'It's been a week since he left. At first, I didn't think much as I was busy with the new project. However, when I went inside the dark and quiet house, I really felt empty. Maybe I'm getting used to having a companion.' Soo Kyung stared into a blank in her office. She then checked her phone as she got a message.
Sannie: Hey chingu-ya~ Are you busy?
Soo Kyung: Not too busy. Wae?
Sannie: Let's hang out together. Sang Yoo will also be there.
Soo Kyung: Are you sure I won't be the third wheel there?
Sannie: Aish! Mwoya! Just hurry up and come now.
Soo Kyung: In a minute.
Soo Kyung left the office and drove her car to the place her friends were waiting. She parked her car and got into the cafe. San saw her and waved at her. Soo Kyung smiled and went to them.
"You're finally here. It's taking years, you know?" Soo Kyung looked at her watch.
"I only take 30 minutes though." San looked at her in disbelief.
"You're so boring." San rolled his eyes. He turned to his side facing Sang Yoo. "What do you want to eat? I'll order it for you." He said in a sweet tone.
"Just coffee. Soo Kyung-ah, what about you?"
"I want..."
"Order it yourself!" San said before Soo Kyung could answer. Soo Kyung hissed and went up to the counter. "Wait here, okay?" San caressed Sang Yoo's hair and followed Soo Kyung to the counter. San walked fastly toward Soo Kyung and put his hand around her shoulder. Sang Yoo was looking at them with a fainted smile.
"Yah! Are you guys together now?" While waiting for their orders, Soo Kyung started a conversation with San.
"I guess so." San scratched his neck. Soo Kyung slapped his arm.
"What do you mean I guess? Have you confessed to her?"
"Do I need to do that?" Soo Kyung raised her hand and was about to hit him again but was stopped. "I mean, before she goes abroad, she said she will come back and find me. Isn't she back and by my side now? It's good between us, actually."
"Yah! If you don't tell her, how would she know your feelings? Moreover, if you guys flirt around without declaring your relationship, it will look like you're not serious. She will feel insecure." Finally, their orders are ready. "Listen to me, Sannie." Soo Kyung took the tray and went back to their table. "Sorry for keeping you waiting." Soo Kyung put the tray on the table and sat down in her seat.
"What did you talk about so long?" San came later and sat down.
"Nothing. I just taught this stupid friend of mine a lesson." Soo Kyung hit San's head. San shouted in pain and held his head. "Did you remember what I said?"
"I got it!"

Soo Kyung lay on the sofa and let out a big sigh. It's finally her day off since she took over the company.
"What should I do? Should I clean up this house? It's full of dust already." She got up immediately and started her mission. She started with the living room and then the kitchen, bathrooms, and lastly her room. She made everything looks clean and tidy. She then passed a room and stopped in front of the door. "Should I clean his room too?" After thinking for a while, she opened the door and slowly stepped into the room.
This is the first time she's coming into his room. She looked around his room. There's a big shelf inside the room full of books and albums. On top of the shelf, there's a brown box. Soo Kyung tried to get it but it was too high for her. She found a chair and got up on it. She finally can put her hand on it and take it down.
"I won't be accused of invading his privacy if I open this, right? It's nothing. I just want to check if there's something dangerous in here. It's for my own safety, alright?"
Soo Kyung opened the box and was shocked to see a photo frame with a little girl in it. She picked it up. "Isn't this me when I was little? Where did he get this?" She put the frame aside and saw a couple of photos of her when she was little with a little boy. "This..."
Flashback
Little Soo Kyung ran out of home as she couldn't stand her parents quarreling. She walked around the neighborhood not knowing where to go. Then, someone touched her shoulder. She turned around to see a little boy.
"Why are you wandering alone?"
"I don't know where to go."
"Why don't you go home?"
"It's so noisy at home. My parents always quarrel."
"Then, wanna play with me?" Little Soo Kyung looked at him and nodded happily. From that on, she will run out and find him every time her parents quarreled. Playing with him made her forget about everything that happened at home. She never felt happy like that. That was the most and only happy moment for her.
End of flashback
Tears welled up in Soo Kyung's eyes as she went back to her happy childhood days. There's another thing in the box though. It was a medium-sized book that looks like a diary. Soo Kyung took it and opened the first page.
"Record of my happiest time"
That was written on the first page. She flipped it.
When I was little, I got to know a cute little girl. She will come to play with me whenever she felt sad. I managed to make her smile and happy. That was the best achievement for me, I guess.
"Childish." Soo Kyung said after reading the first note he made.
Eomma said I'm going to marry the daughter of Shin's family and to my shock, it was the little girl I played with! I was always wondering how she was doing now. Apparently, I've met her before. I even broke her camera. You say, isn't it fate? By the way, she's really beautiful ^.^
It's finally our marriage day. She doesn't seem to like me. Also, she also didn't know that Kai and Jongin is the same person. I felt guilty for lying to her but she didn't seem interested at all.
My identity has been exposed. I thought she would get mad at me, instead, we became closer. She said we're friends. That's okay for me as long as she didn't ignore me.
She's pregnant! OMG, is this real? Can someone pinch my face? It feels like a dream now.
We will always wake up from our dream. I also woke up. Our baby is gone :( She asked for a divorce. I will never agree to it. You wait, Shin Soo Kyung. I'll make you fall over heels for me.
Soo Kyung closed the diary and started crying. "Mianhae, Jongin oppa."
