~ "Kuroo, have you seen Y/N?"
The sudden sound of Kenmas voice startled the third year.
He turned to face him, his eyebrow risen, "Youre asking me if i've seen your girlfriend?"
"Well I cant find her and she's not answering me. Plus for some reason you like to be in everyone's business so." He explained.
Kuroo shrugged, "I haven't seen her today yet. Maybe she stayed him because she didn't want to deal with the rain."
"Okay? But she could still text me back."
"She could but she doesn't have to."
Kenma thought for a second before getting ready to head back out into the rain.
"Wait, what're you doing?" Kuroo questioned.
"Going to Y/N's place. I don't wanna be here if she's not here."
"Huh?! Kenma! Class is about to start!"
"I don't care!"
Kenma quickly turned and left. Upon feeling the water droplets falling on him, he had a feeling he was probably going to get sick because of this. He left the school grounds and made his way to his girlfriends house.
Once he got there, he didn't see either of her parents cars in the driveway so he assumed that if she was here, she was here alone.
He knocked and waited.
No answer.
He knocked again and waited.
Still no answer.
The setter then took a couple steps back, looked at her bedroom window and began to call her name. After about the fifth time he called her name, the window opened, revealing the girl,
"Kenma? What're you doing here?!" She said while coughing.
His face softened at the sight of her, "You never showed for school and didn't answer my messages so I came to find you. Are you sick?"
"Yeah. I normally always get sick when it rains for some reasons."
Getting a good look, he could see she definitely was sick.
She looked awful.
"Can I come up?" He asked.
"What?! No! Then you're gonna get sick!"
"I don't care. I just wanna be with you."
Her already red face turned an even deeper red as she puffed her cheeks, "Fine. I think the doors open. If not there's a key under the mat."
"How typical."
"Oh shut up."
He checked to see if the door was opened and to his surprise, it was.
How dangerous.
Kenma quickly went up to the girls room and found her now laying in bed. He took his raincoat and school blazer off and got into bed with her, immediately holding her.
She let out a soft laugh, "What, no gaming on your phone today?"
He shook his head and closed his eyes, "No. I just wanna lay here with you."
"Ah I see. So, whyd you leave school?"
"Didn't wanna be there if you weren't there."
"But now you've left Kuroo."
"He's fine. I bet Yaku's taking good care of him."
She laughed.
Within time, Kenma ended up falling asleep as the two were just laying in silence, listening to the raindrops hitting her window.
Since her being sick hadn't really been letting her sleep, she was just watching him. Each time she coughed, she made sure to turn away or cough with her mouth shut, careful not to get him.
Eventually, she was able to fall asleep.
The two just stayed as they were, holding onto each other.
Even after Kenma had woken up again, he didn't move. He figured she could probably use all the sleep she could get, which she was. She was in a deep slumber.
He swore he heard a small snore escape her lips.
