Starscream was doing some recon on Earth alone, and although he wasn't enjoying the work, he did like his alone time. it gave him time to think, to feel fine for a moment.
He was flying above the dark grey storm clouds, looking down onto a small town below. It was getting dark, and he was supposed to be heading back to the moon base soon.
He quickly saw a scene.
One moment you were walking around the rooftops of the upmost safety and the next you found yourself on a small ledge, one that only half the length of your feet could fit. You didn't know how you got there, but you were scared. You had gone out late at night to do some rooftop runs, basically exploring the abandoned places and tall buildings in this small town. But it seems the night was too dark to see.
Yes, your adventures with Alexis and her friends with the Autobots were particularly exciting especially since you knew how to duel wield weapons, most notability katanas and Samurai swords.
But you also loved your alone time. Even though you were very attuned to others feelings. Spiritual people would say you're an empath. You would just say that you're good at understanding.
Now where we?
Oh yeah.
You're about to fall from a 50 story height, with no places to jump to, no way to save yourself, and no one would know you were gone until morning.
The sleepy town was dead at night, so what where the odds of someone finding your body?
You gulped, trying not to think about it, but the ledge you were on continued to crumble.
Something in Starscream's spark spoke to him. He tried to ignore it and go on, but then you fell.
His spark screamed out, though he didn't know why. He had to save you. He flew down in a flash and caught you 10 feet away from the ground.
When you opened your eyes you realized you had landed on the wing of a jet. You looked down to see his symbol.
Not just any jet. A Decepticon. Starscream.
You felt shock as he quickly landed in an unoccupied land on the outskirts of town. You breathed heavily, still shook from your fall.
"Get off me now, earthling."
You gulped, trying to steady your breathing as you slunk off his wing, feet landing on the ground with a quiet thump. Starscream transformed subconsciously without his own violation, and looked down to you.
You gulped again and looked up to him.
He's seen you before with those kids the Autobots look after, but never thought about it too hard. But now..
He pushed his spark's voice away, and turned from you, beginning to walk away. You had to speak up, even if you were feeling breathless.
"You saved me."
He stopped. He looked back at you.
"Don't worry yourself about it."
There was a small silence before you walked a few steps towards him.
"(N)."
"What?"
You smiled. "My name's (N). I already know yours."
Starscream didn't have much to say and nodded. "We'll be seeing each other on the field."
And with that, he transformed and flew off.
You felt multiple emotions at once, although too many to name. You watched him fly off, wanting to talk to him again.
And you would, soon.
