I'm not sure my father would be proud to know the first god I approach is the only night god with the gall to show its face in the realm after Nightfall... Looking down at the sword at her side she remembers they don't know if the sword's power can even work here. Inei's plan was probably to walk in and to start waving this thing around... That thing seems to be welcoming us in, I may as well accept its hospitality and see if we can approach this with a wiser strategy. It couldn't like the council any more than I do... Maybe it'll help me.

The god below seems concerned the visitors haven't entered the cavern. Its eyes glow as a hum echoes through the cavern and large pale bones randomly break from the water along the surface of the reef. They swirl together into the air as one of the bone whales forms its shape ascends as though it's still swimming through the deep. A warm moan rumbles from the ghostly creature as it stops just off the edge of the waterfall.

Akkokaido nods to the whale as though inviting the girls to allow the creature to help them down. Thyra slings her anchor over her shoulder as she walks forward, but Michi stops her with a quick grab of her hand. "There's a path right there and we're going to try to ride that thing? It's a moonlit..."

Thyra gives Michi's hand a squeeze. "Obviously, who in world say they took a ride on a god's pet whale. Walk down if you want."

Kaiya quickly passes them, hopping off the edge toward the whale's fin bones. Immediately, she realizes that something feels odd about the gravity in the chamber. She floats over easily and feels almost weightless as she lands safely on the bone. Turning toward the other two, Michi looks like her heart has ceased for a moment and Thyra pulls her to the edge. Kaiya holds out a hand. "It offered us a way down, we should respect its hospitality if we want to get out of here alive. Trust me!"

Michi shakes her head at Thyra, who clearly is preparing to throw her to Kaiya if she doesn't take the jump. She jumps and yelps as the weightlessness catches her off guard and she floats over; flailing a little into Kaiya's arms. She waves her hand around, perplexed by the feel in the chamber before playfully hitting Kaiya's shoulder. "You could have warned me so I wouldn't look stupid."

Kaiya giggles. "Hush, I have you."

Thyra leaps, laughing as she twirls herself through the air past the other two and lands on the creature's spine. Michi narrows her eyes with a frown. "Show off... If you slip from messing around I'm not catching you."

Thyra salutes sarcastically, putting two fingers to her temple and smiling with her tongue out. "You'd miss me too much."

Nothing is even holding this thing together... It's odd how sturdy it feels just floating in the air like this... Having a closer look at the creature, the only thing in its form aside from the bones in formation seems to be a thin mist glowing calmly within the rib cage. Trying to walk feels peculiar, but the two make their way along the fin bones safely holding each other's hands.

Once Kaiya and Michi settle themselves on the whale's spine, it begins descending down to the reef. Arching through the air with a lamenting sigh that sings in swirling echoes. As they reach the throne, the bones settle in the water, floating away as the girls dismount.

The dark pool around Akkokaido's throne is as shallow as a bedsheet is thin. Each step ripples the entire expanse of the pool. Approaching the throne, the god leans forward with a curiosity in its eyes as it stares at Shihai on Kaiya's waist. "What an intriguing dilemma Shihai has found for itself."

Hearing the god's voice is a chilling sensation. Its mouth does not move, but the expression in its face matches the inflection too well to deny it to be the source. I hear a voice... No... many voices... And languages? Kaiya bows her head politely before responding. "A dilemma?"
