"Bye mom! Bye dad! Love you!" I yelled as I sprinted out of the kitchen. Ralph followed me barking.I leaned down and scratched his neck kissing him goodbye before I scurried away.
It's the first day of my Senior year. And I can't be late. Or else Lily would kill me.
Panting and puffing I sighed in relief once I stood in the bus stop.
As I stood there looking at the cloudy sky, I feel someone standing a few feets aways from me.
A tall guy wearing a black hoodie stood there. He also had a bag pack.
Is he going to school?
Of course! Why would someone want to walk to the stop early morning?!Since 8th grade, I started to travel by the bus. Why? Because I simply loved it.
I was friends with many seniors who traveled by the bus. But he is new here.
Maybe he is a junior?Indulged in my thoughts I decide to walk towards him when I heard the screeching sound of the bus.
Not today maybe.
"Vivian, its good to see you again!" Mr. Miller, the old bus driver smiled at me.
"Hello, Mr. Miller! Thank you! How have you been? And how's Mrs. Miller?" I greet him back.
I've know Mr. Miller since I was in 8th grade. He's a lovely grandpa and is very kind. I talked with him everyday and he told me about his wife and that they had been married for over 30 years!
"She is fine, last week she was hospitalized as she was sick but now she's doing better!" He spoke and gave a small smile.
"Oh! That sounds bad! I am glad she recovered-"
"Move."
As I was finishing, I heard a husky voice from behind. I quickly turn around. I was still standing near the steps.
Silly me!
I find myself facing the guy from the stop. His hood covered his face and as he stood on the step, I couldn't see his face.
"Oh? I apologize fo-"
The guy didn't bother saying anything and stepped in. That's when I realized how tall he was. His frame hovered above me and my breath was knocked out of my lungs when I saw his face.
Green eyes. The first thing I noticed was his eyes. His dark green eyes which had long lashes. Longer than mine or any other girl's.
His eyes stared back into mine and I shamelessly stared.
I found myself admiring his features. He had the perfect nose which seemed slightly crooked and his lips were perfect.
The strangers jaw was clenched and he seemed to be... Glaring at me?
