"Avaaa! " I ran to her with a big smile on my face.
"Viviii! " She laughed and hugged me.
"Where were you yesterday? What happened? Are you okay? " I asked concerned. She softly smiles at me.
"I am okay. You don't have to worry. " She says reassuringly.
"But what happened? " Lily akes with furrowed eyebrows. Ava sighs.
"My dad happened. " She says in a upset tone.
"What's wrong? " I question.
"Apparently, he is dating a woman... And they are getting married. " Anger and sadness obvious in her tone.
"What! " Lily gasps.
"Yep and I just got to know it day before yesterday in dinner. He is such an ass hole! I was shocked and when she left I had an argument with dad. I hate him. " Ava's voice breaks and she closes her eyes.
Both Lily and I hug her. "I am so sorry Ava. " I whisper.
She laughs. "Are we getting emotional now? "
Hearing her I smile and Lily laughs. We break our hug. "Thank you for being here for me. I love you girls. "
"That's what friends are for. " I squeeze her shoulder in a comforting manner. Just then the bell rings. We say our goodbyes and I run to my class.
I see Kyle on his usual spot but what surprises me is Alex was also sitting there. Kyle sits on my right and Alex on the left.
I walk to my bench and Alex smiles looking at me. "Little vivi! "
"Hi Alex! How are you? "
"I am fine, sunshine. "
"Sunshine? " I ask with a small laugh.
"Yes, sunshine. " He says in a soft tone. "It suites you. "
I smile shyly and nod my head.
I turn towards Kyle who was busy with his phone. "Hi Kyle. "
"Hi." He replies in a deep voice which made me gulp.
"What are you doing? " I ask.
"Nothing. " He replies and puts his phone down. He looks at me with his green eyes. He looked better than yesterday.
"You look good. " I say admiring his face. He runs his tongue in his lower lip. He has nice lips...
"Thanks. " I smile at him. I am about to say something when Alex interrupts.
"Vivi, are you going to join me in lunch? "
I turn to look at him. "Uh... I will- " I am cut off by Kyle.
